Vacation rentals with lake access in San Fernando Valley

We had a great 12-night stay at Donna's place. The location is great. The house is on a quiet street, just a short walk away from Sunset where there are plenty of food and drink options. The house is cozy and comfortable, but the standout is the way the early morning sunlight fills the kitchen while you sip your coffee and look out at the surrounding hills. Such a great way to begin each day! Aside from the house, Donna was very responsive, communicative and helpful. We had an issue with one of the window blinds, and it was replaced promptly without interfering with our trip. The house is as pictured and advertised, and we would stay here again. We loved staying at Lauren’s listing! The place was gorgeous, relaxing, and super comfortable. Best sleep i’ve had in forever! We loved taking a dip in the hot tub after our busy day and it was really convenient to have a washer and drier in our unit. Lauren as a host was wonderful, accommodating, and kind. For example, my fiancé was having an allergic reaction to a new face wash he brought on our trip and i forgot to bring Benadryl, after messaging Lauren she rushed down with some and saved the day! When we checked in we saw in the kitchenette that they had left a clear list of check in/out instructions, information about the area, and house rules which was much appreciated. We also arrived to a stocked mini fridge and a delicious bottle of wine! It was very thoughtful. Overall I would recommend this listing to anyone and everyone! The place was great and the hosts were even greater. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Great house. Beautiful big yard. Very comfy beds, pillows and comforters. So convenient having Whole Foods so close by. Very central location.

Absolutely gorgeous place close to restaurants, shops and attractions of beautiful Silver Lake. Thoughtfully designed and spotlessly clean, Elaine's house was perfect for our family of four. We really appreciated the clear communication and helpful recommendations too. Highly recommended if you want to live like a local in a hip neighborhood. We've stayed in the area before and this was by far the best location and property.

We had an amazing stay at Lee & Nadia's AirBnB on Naples Island. The home is huge and directly on the waterfront, with plenty of space for a large group of family or friends. We really enjoyed the main living room with the huge sliding glass doors, the balcony, and the patio with the firepit, all of which gave gorgeous views of the Bay. The neighbors and visitors passing by on walks were delightful, and everyone we encountered while sitting outside were very polite and kind. The private dock has many aquatic toys to play with, including a rowboat and canoes which our group used to row over to Peninsula Beach for a beach day. There are many incredible restaurants to visit on 2nd Street and taking a stroll at night along the canals of Naples was truly magical. Thank you to Lee & Nadia for being so helpful and communicative during our stay, we greatly appreciate the hospitality and hope to return again someday soon.

I booked Mia's home for a coworker who was working in LA for four weeks. It was a great location, and Mia was really great to work with and very responsive. We would use her home again. Highly recommend!

This condo is perfect for families ! We traveled with our 3 boys and found the space and location amazing! Size of the rooms were perfect and clean . Host was very responsive , the key fobs to get in and out of the building were not working but the garage door is fine esp if you have a car, easy to park , load and unload . The views are amazing from the large windows and the marina is peaceful and beautiful , too bad you don’t have the same views from the rooftop as we thought we did. The space was clean and airy only thing I would say is that it needs a freshen up esp for the price we are paying , fresh coat of paint and maybe new carpets . We had the best time in Marina del Rey and will be back for sure !

Les vrais points positifs qui justifient les 5 étoiles sont le calme et l’emplacement: il est vraiment très agréable de se promener ds la Marina, loin de l’effervescence de LA. De même le parking et la procédure d’arrivée sont très utiles et pratiques. En revanche quelques points font que l’on a du mal à se sentir « chez soi »: beaucoup de consignes et de restrictions ainsi que quelques détails dont l’absence d’un petit salon de jardin, (ou juste 2 fauteuils) sur le balcon rendent l’hébergement assez impersonnel. Donc bien mais peut mieux faire 😉

Our stay at Henry’s place was amazing! The location was great, and close to everything we needed to get to. The room was clean, and had a great view of the city! Henry had great communication, and made sure everything went perfectly for us on our trip. We would definitely stay here again.
