Quiet and elegant accommodation for 2 people, located 1.5 km from the beaches. On a 3300 m² property, studio on the ground floor of our house. It is composed as: Living room/kitchen including a 160 cm convertible - Bathroom/WC Covered terrace - Air conditioning - Washing machine shared with the other apartment in the outdoor laundry room, adjoining the studio's terrace. The electrical installation of this accommodation does not allow the charging of electric vehicles.

In Costa Verde, the villa is 40 km from the port of Bastia, 25 km from the airport, less than 2 hours from the main attractions of the island. The condominium offers a large swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols ( May to September) and 2 tennis courts. The house can accommodate up to 8 guests, with a fully fenced private garden and a shaded terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs. The residence allows direct access to the beach.
