The three units are on the second floor and they all lead to an extensive corridor where you can relax and enjoy a typical Belizean neighborhood. However, the highlight of our apartments is the strategic location because everything is walking distance. Apartment #3 has two bedrooms with private bathroom, Kitchen, dining room & living room.

Recently remodeled Belizean Colonial Style home. Clean and well lighted spaces. Located about 5 minutes walking distance from commercial downtown area. The Moroton area of San Ignacio is a mix between commercial and residential area. We are a very progressive bunch, and welcoming to everyone. We accept all guests. The home sits beside St. Andrews Anglican School and is an extremely safe area, excellent for a family or couple who wants to walk around town.

EV's Place, Apartment #2 + Certified Gold Standard

Newly built two lower level-two bedroom one bathroom apartment with all amenities, all rooms are air condition, hot and cold running water with very good water pressure. Both apartments comes fully furnished with all cooking utensils and very fast wifi and also security cameras surrounds the entire building for guest safety. Supermarket and restaurants within walking distant and also downtown is about a five minute taxi ride at a cost of BZ$6.00.

Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and is also family friendly. To note is that we do not allow pets.
