Our condo is in a great location in Telluride. Ski lifts are just across the river. The town shuttle stops out front and we are on the river trail connecting to downtown, hiking and biking trails and the beautiful valley floor. Grocery store, liquor store, and our favorite Thai restaurant are just a minute's walk. There are hot tubs and a sauna to relax in after playing in the mountains. Our condo is equipped with all the comforts of home. These condos have beautiful park like open space.

Situated just north of Durango, Unit 340 is only a couple of minutes from world class skiing at Purgatory Ski resort and is also right at the start of the breathtaking drive to Silverton. This cozy studio style unit has a queen sized bed, double recliner couch, and roll-away twin bed. Upon arrival, our guests will be welcomed with a fully stocked kitchen, a bathroom with a jetted jacuzzi-style bathtub, and a wood burning fireplace. Enjoy your stay in our mountaintop condo. Our south facing, cozy, private hotel room sits at the base of Chair 7, gets ample sunshine and is ski-in/ ski-out. It lies in the heart of town and is within walking distance to Telluride Town Park and Main Street where you will find local bars, shopping and restaurants. This warm, small suite includes a kitchenette and shared hot tub (closed until Oct. 30) situated on the San Miguel River where you can enjoy the Colorado night sky or serenades of the stream.
