House vacation rentals in San Juan County

Host was great to work with and responded quickly. For 6 of us and 3 pets this was perfect. Beds were very comfortable. Saved a ton of money being able to cook at the air bnb and not fight the restaurant crowds. Ended up being a great stay.

I haven't left a review on an Airbnb in quite a while as we haven't been impressed with many as of late. This place is an exception. It is indeed special. The heated pool and the hot tub are great. The house has plenty of room. It is real industrial looking inside but it works and the beds are very comfortable. The host responded to all our questions as some of the gadgetry in the house does need some explanation. If you need a place to come home to everyday from doing stuff in Moab, this is the place. You might be wondering about this place the first time but you will love it once you get inside.

Beautiful home that feels like a remote escape with dark skies and amazing mountain views, but still close enough to town that it's easy to drop into Moab for groceries and supplies. The beds were cozy, the kitchen is well-stocked and fabulous for cooking, and the whole pool setup is great. Our whole family, from age 5 to 70, loved the water slide! It was the perfect place to stay to visit Arches and Canyonlands.

This is a great spot. Just south of the main strip in Moab so has a very private feel but also close to everything you need in town. Very clean, looks new inside. Perfectly situated for visiting the national parks. The hosts were friendly and responsive. Highly recommend when visiting in and around Moab.

This was our second year staying at this house. It’s a great place for a multiple couples. Three bedrooms have their own bathroom while two bedrooms share a bathroom. (Plus 2 more bathrooms are available in this house) This made it ideal for our group. Details like thick XL bath towels was very nice! There was plenty of parking for our trucks with attached trailers and our side by sides. One couple from our group arrived in town early and they were able to check in early. Our host responded very quickly when we messaged him! Hoping to visit again next year!

Come was clean, easy access wonderful restaurant up the road. There was a smell to the home, as if it hadn’t been opened and air’d out in a while. Smell did dissipate during stay.

Wow, what a great find! Sadly, we had to cut our travel plans a bit short, but Chavis & Dashelle's place was a perfect base camp for some very memorable adventures down in Mexican Hat for the week. Greatly appreciated the quick response time and roomy, well-appointed space for our group – will definitely be back!

Big Blue was a perfect spot for our week at Easter Jeep Safari. The shopminium feel was great for our group. The hosts were very responsive throughout our week. The location is epic. I'd highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Kristin's airbnb. Upon a late arrival all the lights were turned on to welcome us. We had a fairly last minute 5th guest add-on and the host had a spare twin mattress already ready with sheets, blanket, and pillow. We were able to use the kitchen for breakfasts and making packed lunches with ease, and communication was prompt when we asked if there was a humidifier we could use.

We had a wonderful stay at Ranell and Scott’s home. Beautifully integrated in nature, confortable and well-appointed, fully equipped, this place was the perfect gateway to visit the surrounding parks and take some family time. Thanks very much for welcoming us. Raphael

October trip to Utah, visited Arches, Canyonland and Capital Reef. Great location for Arches and Canyonland and a beautiful drive (2 hours) to Capital Reef. I would consider the location perfect for our vacation. Grocery stores and restaurants were about 7 miles away. The house instructions were clear and reasonable. We intended to enjoy the patio areas for star gazing but had a full moon and some rain. We moved indoors and enjoyed the very large, comfy couch and watched movies together. Great place to gather our family and if we return to Moab I will definitely look for this rental again.

The house was definitely clean and well equipped! It is spacious and clean with everything one could need. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit! We had an excellent stay!

Elk Valley Paradise, The ranch at Elk Valley was gorgeous - both the house itself and the setting. It was so private and quiet, with just the marmots, bunnies, deer and cows as neighbors. The house was perfect for two couples and had everything we needed for preparing meals. The location just 20 minutes from Capitol Reef National Park (our fourth visit to our favorite park) was great for exploring the park and places to the east and west (Petrified Forest at Escalante and Little Wild Horse Canyon and Goblin State Park to the east). There are awesome hikes in the park and great restaurants for us Vegans, as well as our friends who are not. Tim was a gracious host. We would definitely stay at the ranch again!

A great place with a beautiful backdrop on the east side of Capitol Reef National Park! Seth was super gracious and fast at responding!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Monticello at Rich’s family’s home. The home is very cute, extremely clean, and had everything we needed. The peanut m and ms were a hit too 😊 Rich was a great host and responded immediately to any inquiries. Being able to walk to all the restaurants in the town was a plus too. If you are staying in Monticello and want a great home on a central location to stay in, we highly recommend Rich’s place.

Geoffrey is a very nice guy and was a pleasure to meet him. He was very attentive in giving us insights of Navajo culture. He went extra to make ourselves comfortable. The Hagon is an unique experience that everybody should experience. I strongly recommend.

We loved our stay at Honi N Dave’s! Perfect for our trip to Lake Powell! A great little get-a-way, peaceful, clean and comfortable. Will definitely be staying there again, and again, and again!

The home is gorgeous with plenty of things to do at the house with beautiful scenery. For those of you traveling with trailers, this is the home to reserve with trailer parking right on the side of the home. Neil is a great host and is very friendly and responsive. Our group is looking forward to renting this home years to come!

The house is very well stocked with comfortable furniture, kitchen supplies, books, games and artistic decor. It’s located near everything in town, and an hour’s drive to many outdoor adventures. John was very friendly and responsive, and we very much enjoyed our stay.
