Vacation rentals with a patio in San Juan Playa, Alicante

We had a fantastic 4 weeks at Helen’s place from 1st February to 1st March. Everything was just perfect. The apartment is so comfortable and spacious. The place was spotless on arrival and communication was brilliant. The terrace was fabulous getting the February sun from 8.30 until 3.30. Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen excellent. Very comfortable seating in the lounge. We can’t recommend this place highly enough. Finally a great location, local shops excellent, 15-20 min to the beach and shopping areas of the city.

We stayed 2nd - 5th May A gorgeous very comfortable spotless apartment. Loads of storage and very well equipped. The lovely Juan checked and settled us in. Seamless from start to finish. Wonderful hosts and we’ll defo be back 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Hemos estado como en casa en el apartamento de Tomas! La urbanización es una maravilla y la ubicación es genial para bajar andando a la playa, nosotros hemos agradecido mucho no contar con el coche a diario. El patio tiene un tamaño perfecto y por la orientación no es demasiado soleado y corre un airecito muy bueno. Sabes que el sitio es el correcto cuando echas poco de menos algo de tu casa! Nosotros hemos estado fenomenal y seguro que repetimos. Tomas ha estado pendiente de nosotros tratando de poner facilidades. Fue flexible tanto con la entrada como con la salida. Los dias que hemos pasado alli han sido maravillosos! Gracias por todo!

Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich von Herzen empfehlen! Alles war perfekt: Der Vermieter ist super freundlich, antwortet schnell und zuverlässig, und auch vor Ort war dank der lieben Dame, die uns herzlich empfangen hat, alles bestens organisiert. Die Wohnung ist modern, neu eingerichtet und unglaublich sauber – wir haben uns selten irgendwo so wohlgefühlt! Auch die Betten waren sehr bequem, wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Ein besonderes Highlight war die wunderschöne Terrasse mit traumhaftem Meerblick, die uns jeden Morgen ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert hat. Die Lage ist ideal: In wenigen Minuten erreicht man sowohl die Stadt als auch den herrlichen, weitläufigen und sauberen Strand. Für alle, die gerne mobil sind, bietet die ruhige und gepflegte Anlage den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für entspannte Ausflüge. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder! Ein riesiges Dankeschön an die lieben Gastgeber!

We had a fantastic stay at Rafal’s flat in Finestrat! The apartment is modern, tastefully decorated, and incredibly well equipped — especially the kitchen, which made cooking meals a real pleasure. One of the highlights was definitely the hot tub — it was the perfect way to unwind in the evenings after the kids went to bed. Although it was spring and a bit too cool to use the outdoor pools, the resort is very complete and includes a great indoor pool, which was ideal for the one rainy day we had. Check-in and check-out were seamless, thanks to Juan, who was also very helpful in sharing recommendations for local places to visit. I honestly couldn’t fault this property and would come back without hesitation. Thanks so much, Rafal and Juan!

Super séjour dans cet appartement magnifique, belle vue avec une terrasse très sympa!! Proche de la plage et les piscines dans la résidence super aussi. Appartement propre avec tout ce qu’il faut. Moi et mes trois copines étions très contente pour un prix très raisonnable!

We had a lovely two week stay at this apartment, very clean and had everything we needed for the stay. WiFi fast and no problems connecting to it, nice washing machine and good hot water and shower. Only small thing was lack of instructions for the electric cooker hob as we use gas at home, this was easily solved with a quick search online. Rudolf was excelent and always available, we recommend this apartment and we have been in many over the years.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, maison très bien équipée pour une famille. Les enfants ont profité des terrains de foot et Tennis. Très bon environnement mais une voiture est nécessaire. L'hôtel est bienveillant et je n'hésiterai pas à revenir et je recommande vivement

Hemos pasado una semana fantástica en el apartamento de María. La ubicación es inmejorable: en una zona tranquila, perfecta para descansar, y a solo 50 metros de la playa, literalmente a cuatro pasos. Además, el paseo marítimo que la rodea es enorme y precioso, ideal para disfrutar de largos paseos. La zona es muy accesible y cómoda para moverse. El apartamento estaba impecable en cuanto a limpieza y muy bien equipado, con todo tipo de electrodomésticos y comodidades. Los anfitriones fueron encantadores y siempre atentos a cualquier necesidad. Sin duda, si volvemos a la zona, repetiremos. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus in Gran Alacant! Die Unterkunft war perfekt für unsere Familie. Der Pool war ein Highlight, besonders für die Kinder, und die schöne Terrasse hat uns viele gemütliche Abende im Freien beschert. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist modern, sehr geschmackvoll und es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

La casa está genial, tiene de todo lo que puedas pedir en la casa, cocina conpletisima, tiene un patio espectacular es enorme, la playa a 4 minutos con paseo marítimo con muchos bares y si quieres ir andando a Santa Pola en 40 minutos llegas, en coche a 5 min. Luciana nos recibió muy amablemente y nos dejó entrar antes de la hora, nos puso varios mensajes si todo estaba bien, contesta muy rápido los mensajes, la verdad que yo repetiría esta casa. Recomendable 100%.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at La Casa de la Luna. The apartment is not only comfortable and clean, but also has stylish design elements that inspired us to shoot some content for social media. We found everything we needed, and the host provided useful tips to make our visit even better. The location is ideal—quiet yet within walking distance to the beach, the castle, and the old market. I highly recommend it!

House has everything you need for your stay including dishwasher and washing machine. Nice to have a coffee machine and pods. Great kitchen. Nearest shop a 5 to 10 mins walk, so would be nice for a bottle of water to be provided for arrival in the fridge after travel, as there is not a shop at the urbanisation. House nice and close to the lovely beach and the bus stops. 5 to 10 mins walk to restaurants. Favourite things were the lovely beach close by ans a trip to Alicante City on the bus which is a lovely City.

Flott leilighet med fantastisk beliggenhet, alt er i nærheten. Butikker, strand, restauranter. kort vei til bussterminal. God standard med alt du forventer av en moderne leilighet.

Todo perfecto en casa de Kenny. Fácil acceso . Recomendable.

We stayed at this apartment, with 4 people. And it war very comforatable and fitting for us. There is A grocery store very near so we were able eat at the house aswell. Overall very nice and absolutely stunning view from the apartment. Thank you Jurgita!

A szállás közel volt az éttermekhez bevásárló helyekhez.A képek a valóságnak megfeleltek.A terasz nagyon szép.Jó,hogy a parkolási lehetőség is megoldott,akár a garázsban,akár az utcán. A konyhai edények mosogatása (már amit használtunk) lehetett volna alaposabb. A kommunikációt hiányoltuk,bár később Ewa elmondta,hogy nem tartózkodik Spanyolországban.

Overall, really good value for money. Nice big space, well-equipped and fast broadband which is what I was looking for. Location-wise it's a few mins walk to the lovely little cove-style beach where you can get the usual coffees, tapas, restaurant meals, a few decent sized supermarkets etc. And if you go the other direction, you're right at the start of Benidorm's two famous beaches. The only point I'd make regarding location is that it's on a smallish hill which I don't mind at all but worth bearing in mind. And it can get v windy -depending on the wind direction, you can hear it at night, so maybe bring earplugs. But in general, the location for me was a big plus - I hadn't realised there's an amazing cliff/beach walk all the way to Villajoyosa and if you're not quite up to that, there are other shorter - but fairly steep - walks with some great viewing points. On this note, it's worth going to floor 43 at the nearby Gran Bali and the viewing platform/bar...

Annette’s apartment was lovely, with everything you could need for a long stay. The roof terrace was spectacular, we really enjoyed using the sun loungers. The apartment is so well positioned in my view, as it is close to Le Mata we’re they have a really cool outdoor market, which is a great place to get your veg and so much else. It’s only a few dozen meters to the beach which you can see from the roof terrace. Alan who met us at the apartment was super helpful and very kind, really appreciated all his efforts. We would definitely go back again.
