Vacation rentals with a patio in Valencian Community

The apartment was lovely, exactly as advertised. Sarah was definitely a super host, always ensuring we had everything we needed and recommended places of interest. She is very friendly and genuinely interested in her guests. Albir is a beautiful town with many bars & restaurants. The views of mountains and seaside are spectacular. Plenty to see and explore.

I have no complaints about Paqui's apartment. It was incredibly clean, well decorated, spacious with a large and very nice terrace. We did not lack anything during our stay, and Paqui remained available at any time if needed. Thanks to Paqui and her daughter for their warm welcome and availability.

We had a great time in Avignon. The host is responsive, available and very kind. The size of the listing is suitable for couple. The sea view is sublime and the building's swimming pool is very nice. The beach is a 5min walk, it was a pleasure to walk day or night. Small negative: the accommodation deserves a little refresh (the glass window was broken, the shower clogged, the furniture very old, the uncomfortable beds...) We will keep fond memories of this vacation:)

The location was very walkable. When we needed a taxi, we could grab one at the end of the street. The grocery store was very close. There were plenty of things to do in the area. Valencia is a beautiful city.

Lovely clean modern flat. Seafront walk and supermarket both near. Lots of restaurants nearby. Beach 20 mins walk. I also liked the Thursday market just around the corner!

We felt welcome in the accommodation, you can get around by metro very easily anywhere in Valencia. The hostess is very kind and understanding.

Beautiful modern villa! Attentive and responsive host, went for a family vacation with a one-year-old child, baby bed, highchair, car seat available, nothing to say, excellent.

Ciara was a fantastic host and always responded quickly. The villa was brilliant for a family of 9 with three generations staying. The pool is fantastic, the amenities were great in the house and it's in a very peaceful location. We got great recommendations for taxis & places to eat and things to do from Ciara and everything was seamless from booking to checkout. Couldn't recommend this location more. We made fantastic memories here!

Sam could not have done more to make our stay better. The flat has absolutely everything you need; from the basics to things like shopping bags for groceries, to milk and butter in the fridge amongst many other things. You have a nice outside space upstairs, and it’s a 2 minute walk into the centre of the village. Comfy beds and sofas; English TV stations and parking always available right outside the flat. If you plan to stay in Sucina I thoroughly recommend this place.

With family nearby this is becoming my second home! Very comfortable and relaxing. Everything you need here. Very quick response from Lola when there was an electricity disruption ( mainly due to my confusion!) which was quickly solved. Despite cold weather, house was very warm and cosy.

It was a fantastic experience,well hubicato, it was not necessary to touch the car,to return without hesitation

We had a lovely stay despite the appalling weather. We could walk to the beach, eat delicious meals and we had a well equipped kitchen to use when we didnt fancy a walk. Will definitely be back when the sun appears!

This is the second time staying here. Pablo the host, always so attentive. The house is super well equipped and the location quiet, close to everything and unbeatable for a sunset walk.

Our stay in the apartment was simply perfect. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the sea, which made us enjoy even more of the Easter days. The apartment was very well equipped, clean and comfortable, with everything you need to feel at home. Also highlight the attention of the host, always available, close and friendly, willing to help us with any questions or needs that arise. We would definitely repeat the experience. The apartment is even better than the photos. The whole place was super clean and it all felt so new. It had everything we need for our family of 4 (8yr and 13yr old). The heated pool was perfect, espicially as it was April and the temperatures a bit cooler. Supermarket is only a few minutes walk away with the beach and shopping centre only a little further. Great apartment, great location. Definitely would stay again

Had a fantastic month in the apartment. It was very well presented and exactly as described. A great view of Cala Finestrat and Benidorm from the terrace. The apartment was very quiet and had everything you'd need for your stay. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

An excellent experience! The apartment exceeded our expectations: clean, cozy and very well-equipped. The location was perfect, close to everything but in a quiet area, ideal for resting. The host, Marius, was very attentive and made it easier for us to do everything we needed. We would definitely repeat. Highly recommended!

The stay was a welcome escape from the cold English winter. It's a good location near the seafront. It's all flat, good for walking. Accommodation is great, everything needed was there, including a good smart tv. I had no problems, so didn't need to contact Laura for anything. Good clear instructions were received before the stay. I had one problem in that I left a bag behind , which Laura is sorting out for me. Definitely recommend it for a stay, I would go there again

We have enjoyed staying at the apartment with our 2 year old daughter. The apartment was clean and had a lovely very large and secure patio area overlooking the pools. Lovely jacuzzi which was hot! The beach is a short walk away, though it is down a hill. Responsive host

Arijana and her husband were very friendly and attentive hosts. They gave us good excursion and restaurant tips. If we had any questions, they were always available. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.
