Everything was smooth and perfect, very very relaxing

I really loved this place! And it's one of my favorites. It is located within a residential park surrounded by many trees , it is a special area for rest for its tranquility and connection to nature. The house is very nice, tidy and very well equipped, practically everything. They have a very spacious and well-maintained garden. The pool is large and in very good condition. We used the quincho to make the hoe and the grill was spotlessly clean. I highly recommend this place for its quality, tranquility, and the very generous care of the hosts. It was a good experience. We stayed with my family per week holy. The facilities were spotless, super clean and identical to the photos. Tomas and Whitney are one of the best hots I contacted, they gave us clear instructions and they were pending if we needed anything. We were also invited homemade bread and direct chipa from the tatakuá. A great place if the idea is to get out of the noise of the city, meters from Lake Ypakarai. It has everything you need to stay for several days and easy access and proximity to supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy. It also has bikes and what is needed for kayaking in the lake. Before the stay we had a particular inconvenience, Tomas and Whitney were super understandable with us and gave us a hand to be able to fix the problem. Without hesitation, a place that we would repeat again.

Very quiet stay! The site is perfect for resting, and taking advantage of to cool off from the heat, as well as being a good place to bake a meat! Near restaurants and a market as well, in addition to having easy access to the center of Asunción. The rooms were impeccable, and I also highlight the care of leaving clean towels for the guests.

A house as the publication shows, many amenities, super large environments, equipped to the maximum and the service of Gloria 100 points!!!!

My family and I had a fantastic 16 days. Mrs. Milva was attentive at all times that we were comfortable and there was excellent communication with her. The place is beautiful; a five-minute walk from the shore of Ypacaraí Lake. Of course, it is far from the city, it is essential to have a vehicle to be able to move around the lake area. Finally, all the maintenance staff in the development were super friendly, from the security guards to the pools and gardeners. We give it five stars without any hesitation.

With my family we were very grateful for the hospitality and human warmth of Elba and his family who were very attentive to our needs during the stay. It is a very welcoming and enjoyable home that would undoubtedly return to that same home. Thank you very much for everything. I hope to return soon to enjoy everything we lacked but very grateful with everyone, thank you Monica and Flia.

Luciana place was as described, and was perfect for our stay as an adult family. The yard is large with frangipani and jasmine plants, which made a nice setting. Pool was enjoyed by all! Inside the house was everything we needed and more. Very comfortable and nice quality furnishings and commodities. Host was always responsive and accommodating to our requests.

The stay was excellent, we recommend it to everyone. Thanks to Mr. Guillermo, along with the doorman, Mr. Carlos, we were able to enter the apartment without any difficulty, in addition to having an extremely safe and private garage. Not to mention the apartment, which is perfect for 3 people and a small dog, with air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, essential to withstand the heat in Asunción. Everything was clean and organized, ready for our stay. Thank you so much for the stay and I hope to be back soon.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures: impeccable and with clean note 10. Everything is super new, and the shower is just amazing! The space is fully equipped, with attention to every detail to ensure comfort. Our stay was excellent, and we will definitely return! excellent accommodation. The only thing to improve check the air conditioners especially the one in the living room, it cooled little. With 30 degrees it stood just but if it was in summer with more than 40 degrees like. I made in Paraguay I would have canceled by the heat, especially because the sun is all afternoon.

We really liked this apartment. Its huge and right by the super market. In a sense there are 3 rooms. The walk-in closet is as big as many bedroom. My wife used it as an office. The is a nice place to stay.

Excellent location with many restaurants, villa morra park street food, supermarket nearby. The apartment is small but clean, comfortable and fully functional. Great bed! I would gladly stay again!

Ethel's place was fantastic. It is in a great location, close to great restaurants, shopping, etc. The air conditioning worked well, a mini-split in every room. The bedding was comfortable. I will stay here again if I visit Asuncion.
