Smoking-friendly vacation rentals in San Lorenzo

Highly recommended!!! Communication was super quick and good at all times. The same goes for coordination at check-in/out. They are flexible and considerate of check-in/check-out times because they are right there. The place has spacious, bright, ventilated and very comfortable spaces. It's equipped with everything you need to enjoy it without having to move around. Helpful fact: it is close to the Ornibus Terminal of Asunción (2 km in a straight line on Av. República Argentina). Very easy to get to, even on foot. The building is located on Avenida Eusebio Ayala, with bus lines to the main points of the city and quite a daytime movement. On the ground floor, a mechanical workshop works on business hours, but noise in general is tolerable. The area is super quiet at night, ideal for optimal rest. Very close to the apartment (1 block) there are shops, gas station, supermarket and even a gastronomic venue of the VITAPAN chain with coffee/confectionery/24 HOUR ROTISERIA. Well, nice and cheap!!!

We had a few hours but we felt very comfortable! The guys were quick to respond and were always very accommodating. The house is super comfortable and all rooms have air-conditioning. It was very easy to check in and out. There was peace of mind and security. Shopping Mariano was only a few blocks away. We'll definitely be back.

Great hosts and amazing location.

I had a great stay at Guille's house. It's located in a beautiful lush neighborhood walkable to many great restaurants, shops and other amenities. Guille was great with communication and always there to help. The home is even bigger than the photos indicate - so much space! Air conditioning and water pressure/heat were very good. My flight arrived and departed late in the evening and this wasn't an issue for check-in/out. Recommended!

Third time we have stayed in this house. It is very comfortable and spacious. Near to supermarkets, shopping, restaurant. Ideal to come with kids. We always came to see the family, and the spaces that the house has are ideal for sharing either indoors or outdoors. Vicente(the caretaker) is very friendly and always willing to help with whatever is needed.

We spent a few beautiful days as a family enjoying the comfort of the house , the feast of its piciina, and the natural blleza of its park. The hosts are kind and predisposed. The location is great. Highly recommended!!

During the month we were in Asunción we felt at home in this apartment, especially we loved the pool. Valentín was the best host we have ever had!

I worked remotely from here for one month while exploring Asuncion. Overall, it was a good experience. The neighborhood is safe, walkable, and close to the historic center. The building is a little older and the common areas could be maintained a little better (the front door especially was hard to unlock/open). It may have been bad luck, but there was one half day without electricity and one day where I had no water from 9-6 (plus a few brief 1-2 hour cuts to the water service). The unit has most of the basics for cooking very simple meals.

Maria was very responsive and kind. The night I was arriving it was pouring rain. Many streets were flooded. Maria was corresponding with me constantly until I got a ride and arrived at her place. It was not possible to get dinner anymore at that point, and all the restaurants were closed due to the rain. She kindly brought me some food so that I didn't have to go to bed hungry. The next morning she again kindly offered me coffee. I had to go to the nearby Tigo office to get a SIM card, and the wait there was much longer than expected. She patiently waited for me to return so that I could take my things out for her to clean the room for the next guest. Thank you Maria (Minerva) for being a gracious hostess. I will stay with you again when I come to Asuncion.

Very good experience in my recent stay. Ricardo was very friendly and an excellent host from the beginning. The place was spotlessly clean and well organized.
