Cinthya's property is in a great location if you are traveling to Yuma for dental work in Los Algodones. It's only a 10-15 minute drive to the border crossing parking lot. It's also close to several great restaurants, Gateway Park, and Yuma Territorial Prison State Historic Park. There are also convenient supermarkets nearby. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals and the washer and dryer works great so you can pack light. Previous reviews mention the noise from the busy street and that the neighbors keep roosters and that is accurate, but I adjust to that quickly. Thanks, Cinthya!

Booked for short stay in Yuma. House was perfect. Had all amenities you would need for a short stay. If staying an extended amount of time just be aware there is no stove/oven, but does have a microwave and hot plate. Overall a perfect place - highly recommended.

Loved that there was 3 bathrooms/showers is very optimal. Love the outdoor roof space, and the electric garage. I felt my car was secure every night.

We had a relaxing time. Quiet neighborhood. New home, very clean. Luis and Veronica were very responsive. We got lost but they helped us the entire time until we found the house. Turns out we were looking for the incorrect address. Tje house was very comfortable and clean. We will definately be back. Thank you for a great experience.

Just like her description, I was just passing through and for that was more than enough.

Home is beautifully decorated and in a nice quiet neighborhood. It had all that was needed except would have been nice to have drinking water and have accessibility to the garage to park our car due to the construction in proximity.

I stayed at Diego's place for two nights. His place was great, had plenty of room and very clean. We enjoyed all the amenities like the pool and pool table. I actually had an issue were I locked myself out of the property (my fault). I reached out to Diego and sent him a message. Diego responded in like 5 minutes and said he will send help. 5 minutes later someone showed up and help get us back inside. I was shocked at how fast he responded and provided a solution. I'm extremely grateful for that. I highly recommend Diego's place to anyone.

The house was very spacious and we took advantage of the exterior grill and large patio. The house was not luxurious but felt more like a Mexican home, which was perfect for us. Oscar was responsive when we had questions. I would definitely stay here again.

The Yuma Sunset condo is a very nice clean unit. It is freshly painted and tastefully decorated. All of the furnishings, appliances, and utensils are modern and appear to be new. The beds are very comfortable, and the linens and pillows are also new. The layout is great with both large bedrooms upstairs each having a full bathroom attached. Additionally, there is another bathroom downstairs. The AC is cold and there are large ceiling fans throughout. An assigned covered parking space out back is a welcome bonus. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. Our host Jesse was easy to contact and was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this rental.

I stayed at Los 4 Colibrís during a recent dental trip to Los Algodones, and it was just what I needed. It’s a bit out of town and down a dirt road, but it felt totally safe and peaceful. The condo was clean, had good AC, and all the essentials for a short stay. Perfect if you’re in town for dental work and want a low-key place to rest and recover. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the where everything is, very easy. The Alma was friendly and responsive. I’d stay here again!

Kyle’s home was ours for 1mo while we moved to Yuma and found a home. It had everything we needed, and it was the perfect introduction to Yuma. The neighborhood is shaded, cool, and beautiful. We highly recommend staying here!
