Walking distance from the coastal trail, downtown, the marina, and many great restaurants and coffee shops. The house includes an outdoor jacuzzi in the backyard, a dry sauna, and a deck with a spectacular view of the ocean. Very quiet neighborhood — no tolerence to noise and no backyard activities allowed after 10 PM. No smoking on property including backyard.
