Cute and affordable place to stay. Very quiet surroundings. Parking right outside your door. Huge tv and immaculate bathroom. Big refrigerator if you plan on staying for a while. We would recommend to everyone who hates the noise associated with hotels.

Have stayed here a few times and it's always been good

Vinnie's ranch is awesome. spacious, clean and it had everything you could need in the kitchen. The property grounds were spectacular with a lovely swimming pool that was spacious as well. We loved the cattle coming right up to the fence in the morning as we sat out on the patio sipping our morning brew. The king size bed was very comfortable and the walk in shower was a plus. We will be back. No local TV stations. I like to watch local news, but this definitely was not a deal breaker. The ranch is close to town right over the St Johns river. Vinnie is also very responsive, he got back to us within minutes. We will be back. Thank you.
