Vacation rentals with a patio in San Nicolò

We had a great stay, cannot recommend enough! Christian and his family went above and beyond both before and during our stay. The apartment was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The pool was an amazing addition and had a beautiful view of Tropea. There is even a small kiosk open in the mornings by the pool where you can get great coffee! You’re missing out if you don’t stay here when I’m Tropea.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights in the month of Ocotber. The apartment is cute! It has a full kitchen as well as two bedrooms. The second bedroom only has single beds, in which we did not use. The shower is quite small and if you are overweight you may have trouble for the shower ( we did not have any issues). There is a washer as well which is very convenient! The location of this apartment is perfect, it's situated right next to the stairs to get down to the beach, and 2-3 mins walk to the centre. The sunset from the balcony is stunning. I recommend this place! Thank you Lina !

Lovely Space and the host was very welcoming and responsive Loved the little attic Bedroom. for more space there is a pull out sofa in the living area. Another plus is that it’s very close to the airport just 5 minutes.

This apartment was amazingly spacious with multiple aspects overlooking the quiet village and over to the sea. Rossella was quick to communicate. Beautiful beach, monastery and gardens, in Tropea, only a 15’ drive from the apartment. Off road parking much appreciated! Highly recommend.

Marinas place was just what we needed for our time in Tropea. It had a secure place for us to park our car, beautiful views and comfortable bed. It’s ideal location makes it walkable to the town center, in about 10 minutes we were by all the shops and restaurants. The view from the balcony is spectacular. We loved the outdoor space of Marina’s home to relax, read and enjoy the sun. Marina is a fantastic host, helping us find our way to her place, giving local restaurant recommendations and responded quickly to our questions. We felt well taken care of by her! We look forward to returning 🤗

Our stay with Francesco in Calabria was simply fantastic! Francesco is a warm and helpful host who has always supported us with valuable tips about the region. The place was beautiful, clean and above all had a magnificent view of the sea. You can tell in every detail the love that Francesco has put into his home. We felt incredibly comfortable and fully enjoyed the beauty of Calabria thanks to its support. We will definitely be happy to come back. Grazie mille, Francesco!

Alex's house is a true balm for the soul! High-quality furnishings, new and spotlessly clean – it deserves far more than 5 stars. It is equipped with everything you need and the stay leaves nothing to be desired. The host is extremely accommodating and helpful. In advance, he sent us a helpful video explaining everything about check-in and use of the house – everything worked smoothly. Particularly attentive: Water, juices and coffee capsules were waiting for us in the fridge as a welcome greeting. The location is unbeatable, right on the seafront of Gioia Tauro. Whether in summer or in the low season – here you can enjoy a dream holiday. The house in the colors blue and white simply exudes pure holiday mood. I can fully recommend!

Francesco is a helpful and friendly host: he agreed to have us check in near dinner time, helped us locate the place upon our arrival and promptly put back the messages we invited him during his stay. The house is in a quiet, quiet and safe location given its total immersion in nature. In addition, the main beaches of the Costa degli Dei, and the center of Tropea, can be reached in a few minutes (especially by car, but also on foot are not far away). Parking pertaining to the house is very convenient. The rooms perfectly reflect the description and the pictures. Although it was a little hot in the kitchen (where there is still a fan), the portable air conditioner in the room allowed us to sleep in a cool environment. We recommend choosing Francesco's house to spend a nice vacation.

We had a wonderful stay. Alex was super helpful with everything and prepared all infos necessary and was always available and great speaking with. The house, location and surroundings are fantastic , the recommendated restaurants and beaches fantastic. Been there with 2 small children and will visit again 100%

Well organized and clean accommodation, easily accessible and in a strategic location to be able to reach all places on the coast of the gods. Very quiet and peaceful airplane. Well-stocked kitchen with every utensil and very cozy private garden. Rosa has always been a host with all our requests and information.

It is never easy to travel with small children and especially with infants but we can say that this accommodation made us feel truly at home! We had all the necessary amenities to enjoy these relaxing days. The house is large, comfortable and clean!We also really appreciated the spacious, super comfortable outdoor space for parking and for children to play safely. The location is absolutely strategic because it is close to all the necessary services. The courtesy and friendliness of the staff are also impeccable. We look forward to coming back this summer!

We, my wife, our two girls and myself had the great pleasure to be able to spend 9 days in Mariliena“s house in beautiful Calabria. The house is fantastic and we‘ll do all we can to come back. It was absolutely clean, spacious for us as a family, wonderful outdoors spaces in the shade and on the rooftop terrace with an amazing sea view. Also, the house had everything we could have wanted for feeling at home and being able to cook and enjoy. And the best is still to come: Mariliena and Rocco were fantastic hosts who treated us like friends and showed us all the hospitality of this wonderful region with its crystal clear waters, wonderful beaches, beautiful and historic towns and the lovely people from Calabrian!

Anna place was perfect for our family of 6. 2 min walk to the beach, beautiful beach and great food. The roof top patio was perfect for sun sets and a peace drink at the end of the night. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything!

Antoinette kindly picked us from the train station and offered to take us back up our leaving. The space is very large for a studio and the outdoor space is an added bonus. It is a quiet neighbourhood about halfway from railway station and town. Antoinette had quick response time. It can a little noisy from next door unit but was very quiet after 11:00. Would return to this property if the chance arose.

Choosing to stay here was the right choice for me, and I had a wonderful and comfortable time here!Thank you Marenya, the host for being so enthusiastic and helpful and caring for me as her family.When I first arrived, I sent a drop-off address and Marenya immediately showed up right in front of me.Car me to the accommodation, she was very skilled and showed me around the house and taught me how to use the supplies.The room is unexpectedly beautiful, very neat and clean. I especially like the decoration of the home. It's so much better than the photos!The bed is large and comfortable, the living room is beautiful, the kitchen is fully equipped... After that, Manreya took me to the supermarket to buy food for the next few days, Marenya was very fun and I loved her personality!He also introduced me to a lot of delicious food in Italy, and bought me food and water.☺️ When I found out I forgot to buy Italian sauce, Marenya bought two bottles and delivered two bottles to the room the next day. She prepared a lot of drinks in the refrigerator, which was very touching!Such an experience.❤️❤️❤️

It was a pleasure staying at Loredanas place :) everything was as described and really cozy and clean! There was great furnishing and equipment for cooking too and the neighborhood was nice. We spent some lovely evenings on the terrace from where you could see the sea as well. WiFi, the AC and everything worked fine! We were four people and it was enough space for all of us! Loredana was a very nice host too, she gave us some nice recommendations and answered very quickly! We would book again, when coming back! Thank you for hosting us :)

Located high up, the MARASUSA estate offers you a superb view of TROPEA, both in the morning and in the evening, at sunset. Maintained daily by Carmelo, the tireless and very responsive intendant, the site has a very clean and thoughtful swimming pool, green lawns watered every day, carved trees...Superb estate ... MEYKE and GUY's apartment, very clean, and tidy, has a beautiful open terrace, bounded by walls and hedges. In the apartment, there is also an A/C at the top, a very nice bathroom, but also a lot of storage, which is super appreciated. Nice rental ….

The accommodation is very nice, sea view, close to Tropea, nice terrace upstairs. The owners are very nice and accommodating.

Giuseppe came in person to welcome us. His apartment was recently renovated, so everything is in great condition and perfectly matches the expectations that one makes when looking at the site, in fact it is better with the undisclosed precautions, such as mosquito nets at all windows, which do not spoil in August. The house is still being embellished, in a quiet and reserved setting, but minutes from both Nicotera and Nicotera Marina. Really a good experience, perfect for discovering its beautiful land. Highly recommended!
