Vacation rentals with a patio in San Sai District

Mr. Muly and Nittaya are wonderful and professional hosts. They are very punctual and met me on time (even earlier). Every time I had questions, everything was promptly and well resolved. The accommodation itself is very good and well-equipped. Large refrigerator, fast internet (300+ Mbps over WiFi), two toilets, good beds and blankets, clean, and a very spacious apartment. Simply wonderful. At the same time, I should mention the surroundings. Almost every day there is construction right behind the wall, and sometimes workers hammer almost non-stop from 9-10 AM until lunch or later. I cannot reduce my rating for this, but if you are a light sleeper, please consider carefully as it can sometimes be quite loud. It's also important to clarify that for some reason Airbnb incorrectly indicates the location. In fact, the accommodation is not where it is marked, but the location is very good, just different. Nice compact apartment with all the basics. The TV and workstation are great. The area is loud in general, but that's the trade for if you want to be so close to Nimman and MAYA.

The condo is just off the Nimman neighborhood of Chiang Mai so there’s a lot of restaurants and shopping in easy walking distance. It’s a bit far off from the city center though so you may want a Grab if you want to see that. The room itself is pretty nice and has a washer in the room. The rooftop pool is fairly small so don’t expect to swim laps there. Only potential problem is the building seems to have started cracking down on short term rentals. We didn’t have any problems, but did see security watching us from the stairs on check-in and taking pictures of cars and residents

Una’s place was the best airbnb i have ever stayed at in chiangmai. Thankyou Una for accepting my super short notice booking request. The condo was modern, clean, and had everything one could need. Lots of parking spaces for my car to park, a nice short walk to central festival mall. The pool was amazing. Guys please dont hesitate to book Una’s place. When i come back to chiangmai, i will forever book with Una.

Thank you Ming for allowing my daughter and I to stay at your place. We spent 3 weeks here as I was there training Muay Thai at Manop Gym. It was Great location close to markets and easy access to all locations. Place was comfortable and clean. So nice to come back from training and relax by pool and sauna. Lots to do for my 7yo. Really enjoyed staying here and look forward to coming back in June.

Bow and Golf are dedicated and flexible when serving their client. location is good for tourists who are looking for coffee shops, restaurants and mall The streets are full of cars and motorcycles which make a decent amount of noise and the air is poluted.

clean , responsive host but the neighbours smoke too much weed and cigarettes . if you like to chill out with the open air , would not recommend ( too noisy from the pool and smokes pollution)

별점 6개가 있으면 드리고 싶을 정도로 만족스럽습니다:) 체크인 과정부터 체크아웃까지 모든과정에서 친절함과 신속함으로 응대해주셨고 숙소 역시 청결하고 사진과 정확히 같았습니다. 침대는 포근하고 푹신했으며 침구역시 깔끔하고 좋은향기가 났습니다❤️ 입실하는 순간부터 숙소에서는 좋은 향기가 나요!! 입지요건은 말할것도 없이 좋아 번화가에서 신나는 시간을 보낼수 있었습니다. 숙소의 냉장고 성능까지 좋아 정말 시원한 물과 맥주를 충분히 마실 수 있었고 호스트께서는 여분의 생수와 생필품까지 충분히 준비해 주셨어요. 와이파이 연결도 불편함이 없었고 모든것이 완벽한 숙소였습니다. 공간이 넓어 두사람이 지내는데 불편함이 전혀 없었습니다. 청소도구도 준비되어있어 청결을 유지할 수 있었고 세탁세제와 주방용품도 충분히 비치가 되어 있어 불편함이 전혀없었습니다. 너무나 집처럼 안락하고 편안해 더 연장하고 싶었지만 뒤에 예약이있어 연장을 못해 오히려 아쉬웠습니다. 행복한 추억을 만들고 갑니다. 다음에 치앙마이에 오면 꼭 다시 들를 예정입니다. 이번엔 3주이상 미리 예약을 해야겠어요. 다음에 꼭 다시봐요🙏💕

We loved our stay here. Communication from the host was quick and they were so helpful and flexible. We came with a baby and they found us a baby bed and bath which was a lovely touch. The beds were really comfortable and the house was clean. We were grateful for the check in details and providing storage for bags pre and post check in. Would stay again for sure.

Prattana hosts a lovely home in a relatively peaceful part of Nimman Road. The house is very clean with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The accessibility to surrounding areas is quite easy and convenient as well. Prattana is a very responsive host with clear instructions as well as providing active responses to unforeseen events. Our group is very pleased with staying with her and will definitely come back !

We absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful accommodation! The location couldn't be better,close to One Nimman and Maya shopping mall, there is anything you want to find yet situated in a peaceful neighborhood that made us feel like locals. What truly stood out was the host's exceptional attention to detail. From the warm welcome to the well-stocked kitchen and cozy bedding, every aspect showed genuine care for guests' comfort. The space was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed. And welcome basket made us feel extra special. The entire property radiates a warm, homey atmosphere that's hard to find in regular hotels. We especially enjoyed the garden area and living room. It's clear the hosts put heart into creating a space where guests can truly relax. We'll definitely be returning on our next trip and would recommend this gem to anyone looking for a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and character. Great place, equiped with all you need for a long stay. Spacious. Fast internet. Convenient location, walkable distance from the old city, in the centre, but at the same time very private and local street with friendly neighbours. Very safe. Really nice host, she waited for us when we arrived in the evening and showed us everything. Was very quick to respond whenever we had any questions. She even let us check out a bit later. If we will come back to Chiang Mai, we will stay there again. Thanks for everything! 🙏🏼

Booked this apartment fairly last minute as to meet up with my son who was travelling and staying in the same apartments. I was worried as heard a few others mention noise, but there was no problem. There is building work happening around, but it doesn’t disturb anything. The apartment is exactly like the photos. There is everything you need and it is spotlessly clean too. It also has a great spot in the apartment block with sun most of the day. Having the pools is an added bonus and I used them everyday. The shopping centre and eateries are literally across the bridge, 5 minutes away and in the opposite direction, 7/11 for everything you need and more food places. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat

Very well-organized Airbnb, easy check in, everything perfectly clean and well-maintained. I asked for an air filter and Tatum provided kindly one, plus free water! I like this condo, it's got real character and is in a great location between the modern area and the old center. Highly recommended!

Rita’s Place in the Base-Height Condominium in Chiang Mai is a well-rounded gem. The friendly host is very responsive, and weekly cleaning is reliably done. The building boasts convenient amenities including a 7-Eleven, a coffee shop, and even a delivery room for Grab food orders—all accessible without hassle. Inside, fast internet and a smart TV loaded with Netflix, YouTube, and other streaming apps keep you entertained. The gym is adequate, and the rooftop garden terrace offers pleasant views for relaxation. The location is a standout: it’s much easier to catch a Grab to Nimmanhemin or the Old Town compared to nearby condos (Supalai Monte, Supalai Monte 2, or CPN Escent), as you simply turn left without needing a U-turn or waiting at the congested intersection. Plus, Central Festival is within walking distance. Modern touches like face scan entry, efficient AC, and a Xiaomi air purifier (essential during the burning season) make this a top pick.

The apartment was spotless and welcoming, great location right next to the biggest mall in Chiang Mai, the hosts were very reponsive and extremely helpful. This apartment will make you feel at home while on vacation. Highly recommended.

This was our second time staying and definitely won’t be the last. Our kids love it! The pool, the playroom, and the ability to walk to Central Mall make it an ideal place for families.

Everything was great! The only thing I would say is that the bed wasn’t very comfortable. Not the end of the world but we had arrived after a really long travel day so would have been nice to get into a cosy bed. Great location with shops, restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The traffic gets really bad in the area, so if you’re wanting to get a taxi anywhere just be mindful that it will take longer than you think. Overall fab stay!

Very nice apartment near a bunch of shops and restaurants. Nice view from the balcony as well. Would highly recommend for a stay in Chiang Mai!
