We loved the stay. The apartment was clean and smelling good. Very well equipped, airy and functional. We have given us several very useful tips. The only point of improvement is with respect to privacy because the curtains do not block the light or prying eyes. I recommend blackout installation in all 4 windows.

Since our first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well oriented and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathic and helped us with her experience and brought safety. The accuracy of the ad, the quiet days in the condominium, the good cost-effectiveness of the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the Apt made all the difference. We did not cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend hosting Renata and Tiago. And that if you're afraid to travel with your children, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

The stay was excellent! The location is amazing and everyone is very cordial in the condominium. All brand-new, well-maintained, well equipped. I loved Gabriel's receptivity, super staying with him again. I recommend bringing a spare towel if you are staying less than 7 and more than 3 days. They have all the kitchen items, and everything is very new and of quality. Amei!

It was very nice to stay in Raphael and Célia's apartment! Cozy apartment, quality items, bed and bath linens, kitchen and etc... The accommodation met expectations, it is very close to the beach, a few minutes walk to Geriba beach. The residence is close to the leisure area ( swimming pool) of the condominium, which was very interesting for us. The staff of the condominium is always helpful and polite. The communication with the owner was good, as expected, our requests were met. The residence is complete, with all the items needed for a good stay.

Very nice stay and location. Saulo is very flexible and communicates very well. I would indicate the change of the television of the room, which is very old and has no new apps: NETFLIX, AMAZON and others. The cable TV was not working for some technical issue, although the owner called the operator. A smart new TV would solve this problem. Room TVs worked perfectly.

Great house, really like in the pictures. Great location and close to everything (you need to use a car to go to the beach). Cozy, safe and family-friendly location. Host super attentive and easy to communicate. The only point to improve would be the air-conditioning (they make a lot of noise and get in the way of sleep). I'm not a public review, but I always read the reviews that help me decide. So I'm starting to leave some of my experience. Luciana's house is wonderful! The condominium is very quiet and with very friendly people. Everything impeccable! It was just not very clear to me the issue of towels and sheets and I ended up not taking it. However, she offered me the towels and linens that were already in the beds (but not very good). So lightweight: bed and bath linens, soap, toilet paper (she leaves two rolls) and phosphor. Important also leave your home with the location it sends, as if you put it by the address you go to another location. She takes time to respond, so do this in advance. The site is about 30 minutes from the Centre in the day and about 40 min at night because of traffic. But, nearby there is Porto da Barra at Manguinhos beach which is wonderful! And is a block from Rasa Beach. Anyway, we had a wonderful weekend!

The place is beautiful, the view to the marina is really beautiful. The apartment is very well equipped and Victor always responded in a very good way and predisposed to help us. We gave good use of the facilities, the Gim is very complete, there are drinking water vending machines throughout the complex and the Wifi works very well even in the outdoor areas such as the pool and gymnasium. The place is full of places to relax and very good armchairs to sit and read and enjoy the peace of the complex. while it is far away from the center of Buzios, no problem getting around by Uber or car, you arrive in 20'min anywhere.
