Tiny house vacation rentals in Sand Dunes

I had an excellent stay! The place is exactly the same as in the pictures: clean, organized and very welcoming. The private pool was a highlight — perfect for relaxing with privacy and comfort. The location is practical and safe, ideal for those who want to rest with peace of mind. Reginaldo was extremely attentive and helpful from the start, always available to ask questions and ensure a good experience. I highly recommend it for sure!

The stay was wonderful, the host responded quickly, and answered all my questions. The only observation is that the house itself does not have a garage, “it is in a private parking lot” included. However, my boyfriend wanted the parking inside the house. But, there is a solution, the parking was very safe. The city itself is very safe too! Nothing to complain about. The host was even very flexible with my schedules, with everything. It was very worthwhile because it is very close to everything, close to Pontal do Atalaia, Praia Grande, everything… Supermarkets, restaurants, bars… Location is perfect. I hope to be back soon ❤️😎

The place is magic, simply a spectacle. The best descriptions do not represent the beauty and peace of the place. Fatima is an incredible and always attentive human being. It was a gift to know her. Our stay was wonderful, we enjoyed a magic week in this special corner. We'll be back again and again for sure. What we took in the bag on the return were memories and anxiety to return as soon as possible.

What an amazing place! My wife and I love the stay. Everything perfect, from the house itself as the rural environment in which it operates. In particular, a stabbing to Jeff for all hospitality. It was worth every minute!

I still can't believe I was so lucky to live in this lovely place for so little money! That is totally to note! And the most valuable thing is the care and goodwill of the hosts! I will definitely return!

Good location to rest peacefully

The hosts were attentive.M Cristina received us well, gave us several tips on places to eat and also to order. Her super cool son my husband who talked to him said he was a good guy. We stayed for 7 days on the feelings at home. The location is the local mto bom. We wish to return again!

The stay was very peaceful, I thought it was great to have a beach in the condominium! Everything was clean and new in the accommodation, great shower, complete and functional kitchen, which allowed us to make meals according to our taste!! My boyfriend and I were very well settled in and felt at home … only gratitude ❤️🥰

Rafael is a great host. Very attentive! The house is exactly like in the pictures. Everything was very organized and clean. The house has a lovely sea view. The condominium is great, very safe especially for children. Quiet beach practically private. Our stay was wonderful. We have nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect. We will definitely come back more often.

The days we were in this stay were a lot of peace, we love the little corner of Mr. João, the house is simple, exactly like the photos, but it served us very well, the place is very calm, it is as if we have in the countryside, so it is very worth it for those who like peace, and at the same time being so close to the buzzings that Búzios offers, still has a private, wonderful beach and that we take 5 minutes walking to reach, we love and we will definitely return!!

The space is wonderful, the garden is very well taken care of and the landscape of the house is very beautiful. We had a great time in the house, a lot of peace and quiet amidst the nature of the coastline. The song of the surrounding birds is the high point.

Great little place in Vilatur.

Bruno, thank you for sharing this space! We spent amazing days at the chalet. The countryside has trapped us and we didn't have the courage to leave the place for NOTHING! The chalet is cozy, and has all the utensils you need to prepare any meal. It includes sun umbrellas and beach chairs. I will definitely be back and refer anyone else.

We loved the stay at Frederic's house, Claudinha is exceptional, polite, charismatic and takes great care of every detail, everyone felt at home. The only recommendation I would give to the host is the issue of the windows of the upper room, there is a lot of clarity at dawn, maybe if you had the possibility of putting on a blackout curtain would help a lot for those who want to sleep a bit more. Other than that, everything is excellent.

Murilo and Claudete are very thoughtful and helpful. They welcomed us and gave us all the information and support that was needed. The location of the house is excellent, very close to two beaches and shoe go on foot to Rua das Pedras.

The place is small but beautiful, the kitchen is complete has even very useful tuppers:) André was very friendly, he responded super quickly, he greeted us later without problems because our flight was delayed. The place is fantastic, there is room to leave the car. There are lounge chairs to take to the beach and André loaned us umbrella. It even has a gym!! We will definitely be back :)

I just have to thank the hosts, totally nice and kind people. I loved being with them, and being in this completely wonderful place. It's LITERALLY ON THE BEACH SAND and has a breathtaking view. Of all the places I've been, this is in my TOP 1. A kiss to the hostess LUA (the house dog), she is fantastic, I miss her. A 1000 for you and the space. Everything met expectations, home in a well booked and safe place, it's kind of hard to find, but after you think it's just joy, the markets of the region (Extra and Multimarket) deliver the market purchases, Zé Delivery and Ifood deliver drinks, it's super quiet. I just have a little note to make in relation to the house, I think there could be a WIFI repeater in the pool area and gourmet, as the crowd was kind of challenging to use the Internet (Wi-Fi) and the mobile internet (TIM, CLEAR and ALIVE) do not work well on site. That's it, everything else was fine, we will definitely come back, Araruama is our 2nd house!
