Our ocean view studio overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the bay area is inside the Sandestin Resort on the 9th floor with a balcony. It is right by the Sandestin beach, recently updated and refurbished. Waterfall pool, heated jacuzzi and gym in the building. * Exterior building upgrades: Work on this stack of the building has been completed as of July 15 2025. Other parts of the building are still being worked on with minimal to no impact on this unit, the balcony use or the view.

Our condo is inside Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. You'll love my place because it is right by the Sandestin Beach, nicely decorated. I provide TRAM Access, reliable WIFI, Netflix with thousands of TV shows and movies and beach chairs & umbrella and a cart to carry them all to the beach. I have a King size bed and a queen size cool gel memory foam sofa bed, a kitchenette with microwave, kitchen sink, a renewed mid size refrigerator and one of the best view of the building .

Small Waves-30A beachhouse w golf cart/neighb pool

Small in stature but grand in design, this 30A beach house will wow you. Access to neighborhood pool, gym, & the beautiful white sand beaches a few blocks away. Small Waves is set in the Blue Mountain Beach area, which is well-known for its charm, its restaurants, & its famous ice cream shop. We have an EV car charger for electric cars (no extra fee) plus access to an electric golf cart (extra fee). Bedroom has a king size bed & twin bed & there are also 2 twin beds upstairs.

Washer and dryer in unit .The wet bar- style kitchenette provides the cooking tool you need without sacrificing space . The bathroom is featuring a shower/tub combination. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room and lengthy darkening drapes will keep the interior cool and comfortable. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony!

Gorgeous studio style condo on the 10th floor in Miramar Beach/Sandestin resort. Beautiful beach views facing the west for perfect sunsets. We have a cage that has a cooler, boogie boards, sand castle toys, beach chairs, umbrella and a beach buggy to carry everything to the beach. Resort style pool, Jacuzzi, 4 golf courses, tennis courts, exercise facilities and plenty of restaurants and activities/beach rentals. Condo has a balcony with Gulf/beach views(Picture #13)
