Bus connections are good, otherwise we offer parking space for you by car. You will find Sandnes and Stavanger nearby. As well as many great hiking areas, both by the sea and the mountains. Welcome to Fjordbris! Here you can get an overnight stay in the scenic area of Dirdal with an unforgettable view. With only a few meters to the fjord, an almost has the experience of sleeping in the water. All amenities are available either in the tiny house or in the basement of the shop Dirdalstraen Gardsutsalg nearby. Named Norway’s best farm shop in 2023 and 2025, the farm shop is a small attraction in its own right. Right next door you will find a sauna that can be booked with equally good views.

The Cowboy Cabin in Sandnes

Our very tiny Cowboy Cabin was built after repeated visits to the motel The Old West Inn, in Willits, CA (USA). The house was first planned as a playhouse, then it became more advanced and has served as a playhouse and guest house. Electricity and wifi are installed, cabin toilet and cabin sink (there is no shower). There is a fire pit, sundeck on the roof with sun from morning to evening, if the sun is shining. The cabin is tiny, but has many smart solutions for good well-being and coziness.

The park of Sandved is a short 3 minute walk away, which leads to the city centre of Sandnes or to the lake of Stokkeland. The bedroom has a double bed, and the couch can be slept on, in addition to an inflatable mattress.
