We love our Condo Del Sol condo for so many reasons! It's perfect for quick access to summer water sports on Lake Pend Oreille or winter skiing at Schweitzer. This updated condo is well situated in downtown Sandpoint. It's about a 10 min walk to all of downtown storefronts and restaurants and only a 15 min walk to City Beach Park. Onsite amenities include water views, 2 pools (mid May-mid Sept use), kayak/SUP launch points, tennis courts, volleyball court, basketball court and BBQ area.

This sweet little condo on the lake has been remodeled to feature nice clean lines and custom finish. Enjoy Lake Pend Oreille and marina views from the living room, kitchen and of course the porch. The town of Sandpoint is only a few blocks away so enjoy the short stroll to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and our famous city beach. Bring your kayak or SUP and launch out the back door. Winter time here is all about Schweitzer and its an easy drive to the mountain-11 miles.

The open living space showcases a wooden kitchen with granite countertops, seamlessly leading to a comfortable seating area. Large sliding doors provide natural light and views of the pool and lake inlet. A cozy couch, coffee table, and decorative wall accents contribute to a relaxed atmosphere.
