Waterfront vacation rentals in Sangdang-gu

I’ve stayed at Devin’s places a few times over the past couple years, and they have come to be my go-to places to stay in Seoul. The building is easy to find which is super helpful when coming from abroad and you’re too jet-lagged to try to explain to the taxi driver where the building is, especially if it’s your first time in Seoul. This place had great views of the Han River and Lotte World Tower. The apartment itself is exactly as pictured and has the amenities for a long term stay. What surprised me the most was the amount of storage available in a studio apartment. I stayed for two months and I brought a lot of things. I was able to store everything neatly so I didn’t have to live in clutter for two months. Devin is also always really nice and responsive. I definitely recommend staying here!

A lovely place to stay with an amazing view towards the city river. Bed was very comfortable and room is spacious, all amenities smartly integrated. Jini was very helpful throughout to direct us on how to get, even though we had a late night check in. We will definitely come here again next time we visit Seoul! :)

the place is very clean place, i love the surrounding area. Sean really help me with everything i need. i recomend this place if u need something different vacation. no crowded place. the airport limousune bus needs 20 mins walk but its fine for me.

The location itself is very strategic, near to subway station and bus station. Most importantly there is a lot convenient store and restaurant nearby, it took us some time to go into the building but thanks for the check in guide form host, we checked it very smoothly. The water pressure is slightly low, but not affect we still get hot water every time we shower.

Place was very clean and beautiful, perfectly located in the local neighborhood. There are lots of cafes and restaurants around that are great! We felt like at home. Host was super good at responding and made it quite easy to check in and out.

We highly recommend this apartment! It has everything one would need and is exactly as described as well as clean. The housekeeping instructions/rules were clear and easy to follow. The location is nice too, it‘s a quiet corner in a nice neighbourhood yet very close to plenty of cafés, restaurants, markets, etc. And most importantly, Sulin is a wonderful and kind host. She provided a stress-free check-in and out process. The communication was good and she kindly helped with any questions we had. We would definitely book this again if given the chance!

The moment I entered the accommodation, I felt so clean and cozy from the first impression. Basically, it was tidy, and the overall interior and furniture layout were very sensible and neat, so it felt like I was in a well-decorated small hotel. Above all, I felt the host's thoughtful consideration throughout the accommodation. First of all, the necessary items were meticulously equipped, and there were plenty of consumables, so there was almost nothing to take care of separately. Every little detail had a thoughtful and tidy feeling, and I felt that it was a considerate space to relax. In addition, the entry system was well equipped, and it was safely maintained from the front door to the external environment, so it was safe for women to stay. It was a space to be able to get around. It was also close to convenience stores, restaurants, and public transportation, so it was very easy to get around, and it wasn't far from tourist spots, so I was able to visit a lot of places even though it was a short schedule. In particular, the most impressive thing about this accommodation was the warm heart and kindness of the host. I felt very grateful and sorry because of the warm consideration that guided me in detail before check-in, and genuinely cared for me to minimize the inconvenience. I think this is a really ridiculously great accommodation for this price. I felt that the accommodation with these conditions was really hard to find, and the satisfaction of the price was very high. It's not a simple ‘accommodation space’, but really It was a 'resting place‘ where you can relax, and thanks to that, the overall satisfaction of the trip was much higher. If I travel to Daejeon again, I want to book again without hesitation. Thank you very much for creating such a nice space, and I had a really good rest before heading out!

Our stay at River Rest was so comfortable. The rooms was cozy and we felt home right away. The kitchen was easy to use and had the necessities. Everything was clean and fungsional. The apartment was nice and warm even though it was pretty cold outside. The neighborhood is a gem! We have never been to Seoul before, but we found out that Mapo-gu is the coolest place if you want a chill vibe with small cafe's and an authentic market. Also the busses are so close and easy to use if you wanna explore more of Seoul. I give my warmest recommendations to 'River Rest'. We spend 2 weeks there and would do it again next time around :-)

2 toilets, 3 rooms, spacious living room dining table (8 people) These are the main advantages, and I'm satisfied overall without regret:)

It was close to downtown Sangju, but the parking space was good, and it was quiet and a private room, so it was good to use. The bedding was clean, and the response was better than anything, so I was very satisfied!

An incredible place to stay if you're in the area- beautiful, comfortable and peaceful. The big jacuzzi is the icing on the cake - especially after a long hike! We loved it!

It was the perfect place for us to stay in Seoul and Ingi a very good host. Very nice location, good to reach from the main station and to discover the city. Confortable appartement with lovely roof terrace.

Overall, a lovely stay in the apartment. The place was modern looking, well-situated near a subway entrance and worked well for our family. We appreciated the early check-in that you were able to offer. Thank you again for providing the extra bedding (blankets and pillows) beyond what was included in the listing. The kids said this was the “fanciest hotel” that we stayed at during our trip in Seoul.

It's easy to stay and the surroundings are very good
