Cozy, spacious attic apartment on the 2nd floor with a view of the Walchsee and the Kaisergebirge mountains. Great cycling, hiking and walking trails, in winter the cross-country ski track, in summer the swimming lake near the house! Our local mountain, the Unterberg, is ideal for skiing in winter, hiking and paragliding in summer, and is a 10-minute drive away. The free ski bus, which operates as a free regional bus in the Kaiserwinkl holiday region in summer, virtually stops at the front door!

Very quiet location surrounded by greenery, a car is recommended. Living and bedrooms are plastered with clay, this leads to a pleasant indoor climate. 100 years old log house, which was demolished in 2008 in the neighboring village and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Special care was taken with regard to the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, waste wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system, the bathroom has underfloor heating. The cosy little house (75m²) served us for 10 years as a residence.
