Unser sehr helles, idyllisches und ruhig gelegenes Apartement liegt im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses und hat direkten Zugang zu Ihrem Terrassenanteil und dem Garten. Die neuwertige Wohnung ist ländlich modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Frasdorf liegt zu Füßen der Chiemgauer Berge, eingebettet in die sanften Hügel des Voralpenlandes. Nur acht Kilometer vom Chiemsee und Simssee entfernt. Zentral zwischen München und Salzburg und fernab von Hektik und Stress und das zu jeder Jahreszeit.

Das gemütliche Appartement befindet sich in einer super Lage. Restaurant & Einkaufsmöglichkeit sind gegeben. Im Sommer sind viele Wanderwege direkt von der Unterkunft aus zu erreichen. Seen, Schwimmbäder, Spielplätze, Gondeln & Downhill Möglichkeiten sind entweder mit Rad o. mit einer kurzen Fahrzeit mit dem Auto erreichbar. Im Winter befindet sich die Langlauf Loipe direkt ums Haus und ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch Skitouren oder Abfahrtski sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Welcome to our modern but warm House in the middle of the Tyrolian Alps. The Maisonette is build in a one Family House with its own Garden and Entrance. The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

Studio apartment with a a tranquil residential vibe, ideal for singles or couples! It is located in a big house nearby a nice river promenade- the quick, easy access to the downtown areas. The internet speed is about 250 Mbit/s download. We offer a basic selection of teas, coffee and spices. We can provide a TV, but please mention it in your message to us. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock unseres Hauses, hat ca. 45m und besteht aus, Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Duschbadewanne, Abstellraum, Garderobe, 2 Balkone. Sehr ruhige Lage mitten im Grünen, ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind mit Lehm verputzt, dies führt zu einem angenehmen Raumklima. Die Wohnung wurde 2008 komplett neu errichtet und hat Fussbodenheizung. Passend für 2 Personen, eventuell 3, 3. Bett ist eine Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich.

Im Sommer gibt es zahlreiche schöne Wanderungen für Familien oder geübte in der umliegenden Berglandschaft. Bushaltestelle in der Nähe.
