Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Sanmin District

밤에 도착해서 그런가 숙소를 찾는데 조금 시간이 걸렸음. 방을 광각으로 찍어서 그런지 실제로 보니 좁기는 함. 비즈니스 호텔사이즈. 가격이 싸니까.. 방음이 잘 안된다는 단점이 있음. 예민하면 잠 못잠. 본인은 잘 잤음. 에어컨 빵빵하게 아주 잘 나옴. 3층이었는데도 수압 쌤. 화장실 및 방 아주 깔끔함. 수건에 먼지가 좀 있긴했지만 납득되는 정도, 냄새는 좋았음. 냉장고 및 세탁기가 1.5층에 있음. 전문적인 에어비앤비로서 아주 관리가 잘 된다는 느낌을 받았음.

Eno is well deserving of his super host distinction! He communicated with us early on and offered ways to help us plan our visit. He ended up picking part of our party up from the airport and gave us a personal tour of the house. Eno showed me how to operate all the extra amenities at his Airbnb and sent us pdf version of instruction for easy reference. The home is well maintained and well stocked with amenities mentioned. The location is great within walking distance to shops, food, night market and transportation. It was a short walk to MRT (with access to both red and orange lines) as well as a number of bus stops. It was also easy to hire a cab or uber from the main road. Eno stayed in touch with us over our stay and is attentive to our needs. Thank you for an amazing stay and we hope to refer more friends from Thailand to you!

短期間の滞在には適切な部屋だと思います。オーナーさんはすぐ返信してくれるし、困ってることがあったら助けてくれる優しい方なんです。SIMカードの手続きも手伝ってくれたし、夜市も連れていってくれたから大変お世話になりました。

It was a great place for a large group of friends to stay in. The common area was spacious, we could gather after a long day to have food and drinks. There are suggestions in the noticeboard for us to go to for breakfast and sightseeing. I would like to revisit this place if there is one.

JouYi is an excellent Airbnb host. Her apartment was exactly as advertised. Spacious, furnished, and very clean. The Wi-Fi, television, hot water heater, refrigerator and air conditioner all worked perfectly. She is also a very responsive host. If I had any questions, she would reply to me promptly with an answer. I can highly recommend a stay at JouYi's apartment rental in Sanmin District, Kaohsiung City.

Bella反映迅速，我們反映期望有電鍋煮熱食，她當天立刻補上。讓我們一家四口在2025年在高雄過年有溫馨住家的感覺。 Bella知道我們要在高雄圍爐很貼心幫我們準備火鍋器具，這點值得稱讚。地點絕佳，鬧中取靜，社區很安全舒適、離捷運站近，都是優點。

房東非常nice，有即時處理遇到的問題。

距離六合夜市非常的近 從美麗島站出來只需要步行10分鐘內就可以到達～ 有三間雙人床的獨立房間 適合多人一起入住 感謝招待🙏

There is a park right below the building also with fast food and a convenience store. The accomodation is very spacious.

房源在居民区，没事很多。楼下就有便利店，很方便。房间很美很舒服～

离火车站很近 去六合夜市也方便 价格合理 房东和管理员人都很好 有冷气有热水 这次在高雄停留一晚 感觉挺满意～

Connie's apt is conveniently located at the entrance of Liuhe Night Market, just a 1-minute walk away. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach the Formosa metro station. There’s also a breakfast stall only 3 minutes away called "Badouyao," which serves the best rice balls in town — definitely worth a try! The apt looks exactly as shown in the pictures and is well-equipped with almost everything you need. The washing machine and microwave make life much easier after a long day of exploring. The water pressure in the shower is excellent. Since the apartment faces a side street, it’s generally quiet at night. While you might occasionally hear some noise from buses, it’s within a reasonable level and didn’t bother me much, even as a light sleeper. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be the venetian blinds in the bedroom. The room gets quite bright in the morning because of them, and replacing them with curtains would make the space absolutely perfect.

An-Tie’s listing was all that was promised and more. Took me a while to wriggle the key 🔑 into my room, but I managed. Great stay, especially if you are a party of 3+. Very family friendly environment with a modest kitchen and living room setup. Highly recommended for first comers in the city 🌆. Great spot for entertainment and good food. 🥘

I really enjoyed my experience staying in Alice's apartment in Kaohsiung. The apartment is on a building that does not look like much from the outside, but the apartment is compact but very nicely decorated and has everything one can need for a stay if visiting Kaohsiung. Plus, although the apartment has a small window, the city views from the access stairs are stunning day or night. It is located across the road from the main train station and is 10 mins walking to one of the city's night markets with delicious food to explore. Alice was always responsive and super helpful. I would definitely stay again here if I return to Kaohsiung :)

We had a great stay! The host was very responsive and made sure all our needs were met. Check-in was super easy, and the apartment is in a very safe building, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. It’s also conveniently located near the metro, making it easy to get around. Overall, a friendly and accommodating experience. We’d definitely stay again!

We were very comfortable. Access to public transport to central Kaohsiung was convenient. The team was responsive and always wanted to make sure we were comfortable. We'd stay again.

The building itself is a bit rundown like the host stated in the description. However, you really can’t find a better location if you are a solo traveller to Kaohsiung on a budget: right outside of the main train station which is connected to airport and high speed rail station via subway. The neighbourhood has fast food restaurants, breakfast stands, and convenience stores all nearby. The Liuhe Night Market is also within walking distance. Would highly recommend.
