Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Sanmin District

Very convenient location. Our family of 11 booked the entire place and had a good stay

It took a little while to find the accommodation because I arrived at night. It's actually narrow because I took a wide angle of the room. Business hotel size. The price is cheap.. There is a disadvantage that the soundproofing is not good. If you are sensitive, you can't sleep. I slept well. The air conditioner came out very well. Even though it was on the third floor, the water pressure was good. The bathroom and room were very tidy. There was some dust on the towels, but it was understandable, and the smell was good. Refrigerator and washing machine are on the 1.5th floor. As a professional Airbnb, I felt very well-maintained.

Eno is well deserving of his super host distinction! He communicated with us early on and offered ways to help us plan our visit. He ended up picking part of our party up from the airport and gave us a personal tour of the house. Eno showed me how to operate all the extra amenities at his Airbnb and sent us pdf version of instruction for easy reference. The home is well maintained and well stocked with amenities mentioned. The location is great within walking distance to shops, food, night market and transportation. It was a short walk to MRT (with access to both red and orange lines) as well as a number of bus stops. It was also easy to hire a cab or uber from the main road. Eno stayed in touch with us over our stay and is attentive to our needs. Thank you for an amazing stay and we hope to refer more friends from Thailand to you!

I think it's the right room for a short stay.The owner is quick to respond and is a kind person who will help you if you need anything.He also helped me with the sim card and took me to the night market. Thank you very much.

It was a great place for a large group of friends to stay in. The common area was spacious, we could gather after a long day to have food and drinks. There are suggestions in the noticeboard for us to go to for breakfast and sightseeing. I would like to revisit this place if there is one.

JouYi is an excellent Airbnb host. Her apartment was exactly as advertised. Spacious, furnished, and very clean. The Wi-Fi, television, hot water heater, refrigerator and air conditioner all worked perfectly. She is also a very responsive host. If I had any questions, she would reply to me promptly with an answer. I can highly recommend a stay at JouYi's apartment rental in Sanmin District, Kaohsiung City.

Bella reflected promptly and we reflected the expectation that there was a rice cooker to cook a hot meal which she immediately added up on that day.Let our family of four feel at home in Kaohsiung in 2025. There is a park right below the building also with fast food and a convenience store. The accomodation is very spacious.

It is very close to the station to go to Liuhe Night Market is also convenient for the price, the host and the administrator are very good with the air conditioning and hot water this time in Kaohsiung. I feel very satisfied ~

Connie's apt is conveniently located at the entrance of Liuhe Night Market, just a 1-minute walk away. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach the Formosa metro station. There’s also a breakfast stall only 3 minutes away called "Badouyao," which serves the best rice balls in town — definitely worth a try! The apt looks exactly as shown in the pictures and is well-equipped with almost everything you need. The washing machine and microwave make life much easier after a long day of exploring. The water pressure in the shower is excellent. Since the apartment faces a side street, it’s generally quiet at night. While you might occasionally hear some noise from buses, it’s within a reasonable level and didn’t bother me much, even as a light sleeper. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be the venetian blinds in the bedroom. The room gets quite bright in the morning because of them, and replacing them with curtains would make the space absolutely perfect.

An-Tie’s listing was all that was promised and more. Took me a while to wriggle the key 🔑 into my room, but I managed. Great stay, especially if you are a party of 3+. Very family friendly environment with a modest kitchen and living room setup. Highly recommended for first comers in the city 🌆. Great spot for entertainment and good food. 🥘

I really enjoyed my experience staying in Alice's apartment in Kaohsiung. The apartment is on a building that does not look like much from the outside, but the apartment is compact but very nicely decorated and has everything one can need for a stay if visiting Kaohsiung. Plus, although the apartment has a small window, the city views from the access stairs are stunning day or night. It is located across the road from the main train station and is 10 mins walking to one of the city's night markets with delicious food to explore. Alice was always responsive and super helpful. I would definitely stay again here if I return to Kaohsiung :)

We had a great stay! The host was very responsive and made sure all our needs were met. Check-in was super easy, and the apartment is in a very safe building, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. It’s also conveniently located near the metro, making it easy to get around. Overall, a friendly and accommodating experience. We’d definitely stay again!

We were very comfortable. Access to public transport to central Kaohsiung was convenient. The team was responsive and always wanted to make sure we were comfortable. We'd stay again.

The host is particularly kind, the room is also very comfortable and tidy, and has small snacks and drinks, and loved the stay, and will visit again next time in Kaohsiung!

The building itself is a bit rundown like the host stated in the description. However, you really can’t find a better location if you are a solo traveller to Kaohsiung on a budget: right outside of the main train station which is connected to airport and high speed rail station via subway. The neighbourhood has fast food restaurants, breakfast stands, and convenience stores all nearby. The Liuhe Night Market is also within walking distance. Would highly recommend.
