Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Sanpete County

Beautiful space for a relaxing gathering— I spent my 30th birthday here with all of my friends and their families. There was plenty of room and enough space for everyone to have their own private quarters. It was cozy and the hot tub and pool table were highlights. The kitchen was well-stocked and made it easy to cook for 12 people! We had a lovely time! Not to mention the dogs loved wandering around the yard and running up and down the stairs.

We have stayed in Melanie's house a couple of times now, and it is immaculate, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The beds are comfortable, and the house is nicely stocked with necessities. Melanie is so easy to work with and just as lovely and helpful as possible. If our travels take us back to the area and Melanie's house is available, we will always stay there.

The stay was wonderful! Noise travels in these rustic homes, but nothing some earplugs won't take care of. Be prepared for some stairs, the bedrooms are up and downstairs, but offer their own benefits like views from the top floor and the gaming area if you pick downstairs. Kitchen and dining area had everything we needed for our family get together. We were very greatful for the paddle boat and kayak to use on the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future.

This place is beautiful! The views are amazing. There are lots of huge windows looking out to the mountains and the lake. It’s stunning. The heated pool and hot tub are a really unique piece to this location and a lot of fun! The owners really put the time into making this location ideal for friends and family to enjoy their experience together.

Was a wonderful stay and would definitely return. I was out with a hunter and it was a great central location for the areas he needed access to and house was great for me to relax while they were out.

The house was perfect! It was clean and well stocked with anything we would need! Host was amazing! We would definitely stay again!

The house is beautiful, and the yard is really peaceful. The natural light is beautiful! And all of the bedrooms had room darkening shades so you could control how much you get. There's also lots of open space. Plenty of Bathrooms and easy for a group on different schedules. There's a great coffee shop within a short walk, and plenty of options for food close by. Easy freeway access, but still quiet and peaceful. The mattresses on the main beds are quite firm - just a heads-up for anyone with a bad back. The bunk bed mattresses were a bit softer. The only issues we had were that counter was sticky, the grill was dirty, we had to remove a few spiders, and there were some dead bugs in the windowsill. I would've rated cleanliness when we got there at 4.5 stars if it was an option. All things considered, our stay was amazing. The owner was generous and kind, and responsive when we had questions. Check-in and check-out was really easy and straightforward.

Definitely will stay again the next time in Nephi…

Sally is great to communicate with and very helpful. This is our second time staying here and we plan on staying again when we head back down to that area. It’s always very clean and there’s plenty of space to kick back after a long day. Thanks again Sally!

Friendly hosts and our kids loved the play areas. Lots of nice touches with light snacks and kpods. Very private and was a great place to stay for a wedding in the area.
