It has a special area with hammocks, 2 additional dining table sets and 1 living room furniture set. Service room with it's own bathroom. Spacious kitchen fully equipped. Private parking for 6 cars.

This family house has everything you need to rest and a great view of Lake Coatepeque. The property has a shared access a few meters from the Lake and free parking outside the property. It is located at a very short distance from the most popular restaurants in the area, allowing our guests to enjoy the activities of the area such as boat, jet ski or ferry tours. We are 1.5 km away from Cardedeu Events and Pampa Coatepeque

Coatepeque Lake House

Casa del Lago has three rooms all available with bathroom, electric showers and air conditioning, a family room with TV (you can bring a video game console such as PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, Xbox, etc.), Wifi, Kitchen, gas grill, green areas, pool/pool, dock with table for 10 people and two hammocks, with access to the lake, near Restaurants. Parking inside (2 vehicles) and outside (2 vehicles). A safe and quiet area.

Great location, just 2km from the gas station and a mini market, 45 minutes from San Salvador, right in front of Cardedeu/La Pampa (restaurant). Please note there are numerous stairs to get to the house, not suitable for anyone with physical difficulties.
