Vacation rentals with a patio in Santa Catalina, Ponent District

Marina’s place was so lovely and perfect for our time in Cala d’Or. We felt right at home. It was only about a 5 minute walk to the beach, and there were plenty of nearby restaurants and bars. The bathroom was clean, and the shower water pressure was superb. The bed was comfortable, and the whole apartment was spacious. The windows let in amazing natural light and had black out shutters. Marina was so friendly and responds very quickly to messages. The check-in process was smooth and she provided clear explanation of which apartment was ours & how to get in. I was sad to have to leave, as I wish I could move in forever! Lol… I truly loved it here, and hopefully we will be back soon!!

We had a fantastic stay at Daniela’s place! She welcomed us personally upon arrival and was incredibly friendly, offering great recommendations for local restaurants and bars. The apartment itself is in an unbeatable location—everything is within walking distance. It was the perfect space for the three of us: comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully set up. Had an excellent stay here. The room is perfect for 2 people. Everything is very clean. It contains everything you would need including beach towels, ironing board, hair dryer, coffee machine and it even had hair products and shower gel etc. The complex is nice and you can sit outside on the balcony to enjoy the sun. It is in a great location close to a supermarket and beaches.

Great experience. Amazing place if you’re looking for some comfort and privacy, lots of space inside the house and mostly outside to hang out in the garden and pool area. Close enough to the city center and really strategic place to move to other sides of the island (we rent a car). We were a group of two friends rented two rooms with two bathrooms.

Beautiful and lovingly furnished apartment. Super equipped. The location is great for exploring the surrounding area or just going to the beach with the kids. Everything went smoothly, we would come back right away!

We had a wonderful stay! The only note is that the bedrooms get a lot of light in the morning (through spaces in the blinds), which may be an issue for some guests. On the positive side, it was wonderful to sit on the balcony in the morning sun and enjoy the view below.

Pierre and his wife are extraordinary hosts. Very friendly, responsive, and welcoming. As for the Finca, it's a true paradise on earth. The perfect place to recharge your batteries and have a great vacation.

We felt very comfortable. The finca and especially the outdoor area is lovingly and well designed. The owner allowed us to harvest the ripe oranges and lemons. We drank freshly squeezed orange juice every day. The finca is very spacious and clean. And everything you needed was available.

Nice stay, the house complied with everything I said, great for barbecues and enjoying the pool and with all kinds of equipment for cooking and sleeping.

We (family with 6) had a very nice 2 weeks in Finca Son Morla in Porreres. The house has every comfort and the garden is beautiful and full of many birds. Unfortunately, the pool was really too cold to swim. The contact with Francisca went very well. We felt very welcome and she is immediately there for you if you have a question. It is necessary to rent a means of transport because you are really staying afterwards, but from Porreres you can discover the island very well. We enjoyed it, thank you so much!

A great stay at Antonio's house. Very nice services, beautiful decoration, all the comforts to have a great time. The terrace is lovely. The village is very well located to discover the island by car.

Bernart’s place is very well located with some nice restaurants and walks nearby. Good base to explore surrounding areas. Very fast and helpful communication and we felt home from the first moment on in this nice place.

The house is in a lovely area and easily walkable to the main part of Soller. The house is well appointed with an extremely well served kitchen. The pool was great. The surrounding gardens and orchards beautiful. For those that are animal lovers, the cats and dogs are fun to be around. We were there as a family group and there was certainly enough space for us all. James is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend and hope to return.

Maria’s place is great if you want some peace and quiet outside of Palma. The house was spotlessly clean. We shared a few messages before our arrival and I asked if the place had a bbq, unfortunately it didn’t. However, when we arrived we saw that Maria had been and brought one and a bag of coals to go with it! The house does have a faint smell of smoke which didn’t bother us but may bother others. You certainly need a car to make the most of what the island has to offer. All in all, a great stay. Thanks Maria!

Ideal location and very central to all the cafes and restaurants. Lovely views over the bay to the boats. Great advantage having a dedicated parking space close by. Hosts easily contactable if any issues.

Simply astounding! This location is incredible, isolated from the noise of tourist hubs in Mallorca, peaceful, enchanting, I really cannot describe the beauty of this property and how at ease it makes you feel. The host is extremely kind, responsive and caring, which made for an extremely easygoing and relaxing experience. Whether you want to relax at home and enjoy the grounds or take your car and go around Mallorca, I highly recommend it as you can do both! Ps. There are three doggos on the property that are just adorable

We loved Gabriel's apartment. The location was perfect for a short walk into town, but away from the busy-ness. The space was comfortable and quiet - and the balcony was ideal for morning coffee! Thank you ✌️

Ralf is a lovable, open-minded person who warmly and generously welcomes his guests. Everything was perfect, and if we were looking for that, Ralf was happy to chat with us a bit. We will definitely stay with him again on occasion.

A great place to have as a base when you have a car. The nearby Calas were too full for us, but there are several great beaches in driving distance (Especially S’Amarador). A bit of a walk to central Cala d’Or (<30 mins), but enjoyable in the great weather. Eroski shop in walking distance was nice to have. Sarah was a great host, who provided us with clear information on how to get there, as well as suggestions for the best restaurants in town.

This was the best place we have stayed in Majorca and we come every year! The views from the apartment were glorious- overlooking the harbour, the beach and also the mountains. So close to the beach, the best restaurants and ice creams and a little stroll from the busier main part of the port. We had a glorious relaxing holiday with so much sun and swimming- we didn’t want to leave.

I was allowed to stay with my family for 8 nights in Pedro's Apartment. The location is great, close to the beach and the sea, but close to the restaurants and there is a supermarket about 200 meters away. The apartment has 2 pleasant balconies, 1 at the front, during the day with shade and 1 at the back where the sun is all day. The apartment is fully equipped, everything we needed was present. But the most fantastic thing about the apartment was Pedro, Pedro is a great host who goes above and beyond to let his guests enjoy beautiful Mallorca.

It was just fine to stay at Maxim's apartment. His son Akim showed us the apartment and gave us helpful information for our first day in Alcudia. Heating was still needed, and it worked fine. We can recommend this apartment and might visit again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pedro’s lovely apartment. It was clean, cosy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Pedro was super friendly and helpful, also gave us privacy to enjoy our stay. The area is fantastic, it felt safe and was close walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops (Lidl’s very close which was handy for grocery’s) There are lots of activities in Alcúdia including boat trips and horse riding at a local, beautiful ranch.
