Monthly Rentals in Santa Paula

This is truly a very special and magical spot! Tucked away in a charming neighborhood and surrounded by flowers and rolling hills, views overlooking the mountains, and the perfect private patio to have breakfast in the sun. The room is cozy, clean, and has everything you need. The outdoor shower is a dream! Amy was great to communicate with and shared some great local recs. The place is perfectly located only 30 min to Ojai and Ventura. It’s worth staying here and a great deal too. Highly recommend!

Karla was extremely responsive and kind. The house was comfortable and felt safe. There is a small, fenced, yard outside the house. The gate to the yard has a deadbolt, which I thought was a very nice addition. Pets are allowed but I did not have a dog with me. The owner has a very cute rather talkative little dog who did come under the fence to comment. I'm sure Karla would have blocked off the access if I'd asked but, not having a dog with me, I didn't ask. There was a bit of music from the neighbors Friday and Saturday night but it didn't last long. The neighborhood was peaceful and close to restaurants. If I were ever in the area again, I would hope to stay at this unit.

Jk’s place was cozier than advertised in the pictures! We felt right at home and loved the space. Would definitely stay at jk’s place again if we’re in the area!

Ron is such an accommodating host. The grounds on the farm are nothing short of breath taking. My golden and I would walk around the property fascinated by all of the different fruit trees and plants. I came to find out that it’s a microclimate which allows for more tropical fruits to grow! If you want a peaceful getaway, this is a great option.
