What a great place. Private and peaceful. The location is just outside town, a couple minutes by car. You can’t really walk to town. The patio and small soaking pool are great. Full size volleyball court. It is just like home. We were here 4 nights on local business and always happy to come back to this great spot. It is located on small dirt road by the main route to Santa Rita. This might seem odd at first but it has similar houses around for people who want to live near town but not in the center, and have more land and a quiet place. They have papaya and fruit trees planted - when they grow up it will be amazing. If we have more business here we will book this place again for sure.

Clean house, all room, new bedding and blankets. With various electronics, coffeemaker, Air fry, we even made cake, a very cozy place. Sure we'll be back

My boyfriend and I went to the Hacktown event and stayed 3 nights at Zé's house and loved it!! Very clean place, and we love to be further away from the city center, but very close to the access to the city. The shower is good, warm because it was very cold the day we went and it was super nice to stay at the ranch. The communication and flexibility of Zé and his mother were great! I want to come back next year!

We usually spend New Year's Eve in houses with space for children and this accommodation was great because it had a large outdoor space with several activities for the little ones, including fruit trees that were an extra attraction. In addition, we had the support of Deborah, a star in the kitchen and in her kindness to the guests. It's a stay away from the center, but it's a quiet dirt road so you can go from time to time to complete the pantry. One tip is to always follow the main road.

It has a ventilator in the bedrooms, bathrooms were clean and with carpets and face towels. It has laundry, clothesline, it had everything we needed. We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. Besides, the night sky is wonderful!! Super safe place, located in a condominium, close to the city center and easy location. The city's drivers took and picked up the gnt with no problems. My stay was smooth. I'm sure I'll come back more times and puke more time to enjoy. Marçal and Selma were extremely receptive and met us very well.

Rafael and Aldo were very helpful and responded super quickly to any questions we had. The place is excellent to rest and escape from muvuca, the infrastructure of the house is very good. Voltaria for sure.

We stayed in a workgroup at Ap do Rafael. Easy to find, with a little market in front of emergencies. The apartment is large and comfortable. We love it and will definitely be back.
