Wow, the place exceeded our expectations - it was huge with plenty of room for our two dogs and our little daughter. Despite the location right on the central square, it was quiet and you could relax wonderfully. Check-in and check-out were very flexible and we felt we could contact them at any time if we had any questions or concerns. Should we come to Zapatoca again, we would always choose this place again.

Located in a residential area, but with the advantage of access to a commercial, banking and entertainment area. Everything was perfect. The apartment is very nice, comfortable, airy, clean, with the necessary amenities for your stay, an excellent location, no noise, a place to rest. Close to a chapel, supermarkets, D1, shopping malls and bars, a safe place. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Overall excellent, highly recommended, but keep in mind that it is on the 5th floor and does not have an elevator

Great location, the place is exactly as described in the photos. The parking and building is safe and easy to access, the apartment has all the facilities to have a comfortable stay. In the area there are restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores and in general an active trade.

This is a great place to stay, if you’re running errands or have to visit Centro International de Especialistas or El Pinar Clinic is very accessible and convenient. The place was immaculate clean, swimming pool was great, concierge and security staff are amazing. Clara & Miguel are super nice, friendly and easy to communicate with. Definitely on my next trip to Bucaramanga I’m staying at this place again 10 stars to this place. Great experience.
