Vacation rentals with beach access in Santarém District

Great location! Easy walking to the main district, shops, castle, and river pathways. The apartment is very good sized. The kitchen is well appointed including coffee pods, dishwasher, detergent, and washer detergent. There is no dryer for the washer, however, our clothes easily dried using the clothes hanger and draping clothes on chairs. The best way to find the apartment is to locate the Padaria O Gordo business. Go into the glass doors to the right of the business. Once inside, go immediately across the hallway to the door where you need to put in the code that the owner will give you. You will then have access to the elevator. Parking is free in front of the building, however it will be very difficult during the week if you arrive before 5:00pm because all city workers park there. We paid for parking just up the street, until a spot opened up. After 6:00 p.m. there are quite a few spots available.

Ficamos na região de Maiorga, Sr. Manuel achou que ficaríamos mais a vontade lá, casa linda, tudo lindo e limpo, mais não tinha nada lá na região rsrs para ir em Alcobaça tinha que pedir táxi, gastamos um pouco. Senti falta de um aquecedor e cobertas! Mais nem incomodamos ele com isso, demos nosso jeito. A esposa do Sr Manuel foi muito solicita e nos deu carona para nosso apartamento para não gastarmos mais🙏 . Aluguei para 10 dias mais fiquei apenas 2 dias, mais foi bem tranquilo. Gostamos bastante. E recomendo o anfitrião.

Appartement très bien situé. C'est l'immeuble noir juste après le rond-point. Grand appartement bien agencé avec un ascenseur ultra rapide. Parking au pied de l'immeuble. Eunice nous a bien accueillis. Une bonne adresse !

Nos atendo a la llegada el hermano de Armenio, un hombre encantador. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para poder pasar unas vacaciones muy agradables. Tiene un gran patio donde pudimos estar largos ratos charlando al anochecer y está ubicada en una zona muy tranquila rodeada de pinos. Sin duda volvería.

The location of the apartment is exactly as I had hoped - in a peaceful, quiet area and within a walkable distance to local supermarkets (including Aldi & Lidl). There were a couple of incidents (one of which was totally unforeseeable), but both of these were dealt with immediately by ‘Victoria’ who manages the property for Julien. Victoria was excellent. The only slight negative, as I’m a very light sleeper, was the thinness of the dividing walls. You can hear the neighbours moving around. They are extremely quiet after about 8:00pm, but when the family gets up at 6:45am to get the kids to school, the noise starts. It does, however, go quiet again about an hour later. If you sleep like a log, this won’t be an issue for you. Other than that, the surrounding area is stunning. Access to the North to places such as Lisbon, Nazaré, Peniche is easy (with a hire car). The same applies to Setubal and Sesimbra to the South.

Le logement de Liliana est superbe et parfait pour une grande famille. Nous avons adoré marcher dans les alentours. Un endroit parfait pour visiter Lisbonne dans un cadre relaxant. Vous pouvez réserver sans hésitation.

As nossas expectativas relativamente à Casa da Saudade eram à partida muito elevadas e, mesmo assim, foram totalmente superadas em todos os aspectos. A casa é muito confortável e acolhedora, os quartos e a sala são espaçosos, a cozinha tem todos os equipamentos necessários mas o que verdadeiramente nos deixou fascinados foram os exteriores. Todo o espaço exterior é verdadeiramente paradisíaco, não havendo palavras que lhe façam justiça. Todos os dias demos mergulhos no rio, fizemos churrascos, apanhamos sol na rede e nas espreguiçadeiras, fizemos caminhas pelos inúmeros trilhos e ainda passeamos de barco. Éramos 6 adultos e todos concordamos em que este foi um dos locais mais bonitos que conhecemos. Todo o contacto com o Cláudio foi rápido, cordial e eficaz. Recomendamos vivamente a Casa da Saudade e contamos repetir a experiência, sem margem para dúvidas.

Agradezco inmensamente la rapidez en la atención de Víctor para reservar el alojamiento. La casa es grande, espaciosa, muy cómoda y tiene todo lo que podríamos necesitar. Todas las instrucciones son muy claras y está muy bien calefaccionada. El detalle del pan, leche, jugos, etc nos sorprendió y hasta había camas para nuestras mascotas. Hay juegos de mesa y peluches que a mi hijo le encantaron. La limpieza perfecta y las vistas muy bonitas. Ana también fue muy amable. Recomiendo este alojamiento, lamentamos no poder quedarnos más tiempo.

Fantástica casa, sitio y trato. Increíble recibimiento, todo muy cuidado y muy limpio. Muy atentos y encantadores los anfitriones en todo momento. El bizcocho de bienvenida, riquísimo!! Los niños encantados con todo. Una casa ideal para ir en familia. Una semana Santa cerca de Fátima inolvidable. Si podemos volveremos encantados.

Beautiful home in a beautiful setting. Peaceful, quiet, and I loved the orange and lemon trees. Listening to the birds while enjoying the view was a real treat! Joao was extremely professional and communicative - it’s clear he has put a lot of time and attention into the Airbnb.

Appartement facile à trouver grâce aux indications, et contact fluide, agréable et rapide avec Joao. Nous avons bcp apprécié le panier d'oranges, un délice, et la petite attention laissée en surprise devant la porte en rentrant un soir ! L'appart correspond parfaitement aux photos, il est bien équipé et la terrasse est super agréable. Petit bémol : chambre côté rue le lit manque un peu de confort et la fenêtre est assez mal isolée (bruit et froid) heureusement la rue est assez peu passante. Salle de bain, douche assez petite. Sinon, rien à redire, nous avons passé un bon séjour.
