Claire's House is located at the heart of Chassagne-Montrachet, a world-renowned wine producing village located in a cluster of villages that constitute the Côte de Beaune.

Independent apartment

The 37 m2 independent apartment is located in the city center of Chagny, on the 1st floor of our home. It has a bedroom with sheets, bathroom with towels, a living room with a sofa, 3 ceiling fans, and mosquito nets. The kitchen is equipped with oven+microwave, fridge, espresso machine. There are all the shops nearby, the Sunday morning market at 90 m, the train station at 200 m, the Lameloise restaurant is 120 m away, as well as other restaurants.

Discover the heritage and the Burgundian art of living with our village house, located between vineyards and castle as a starting point. Completely renovated by us, it has all the comforts necessary for your disconnection, while respecting the soul of the building which was in the eighteenth century an old barn. To do: walk in the vineyards, bike ride on the greenway... or discover the climates of Burgundy from the sky with a hot air balloon flight.

BREAKFAST INCLUDED (very rare). The house is located in a very quiet small valley near the historic town of BEAUNE. From the village you will visit the world-renowned vineyards as well as the Route des Grands Crus. Nearby you will discover the historic sites of Clunysois, Tournus, the route of the Romanesque Churches, the many castles or the Morvan Natural Park. Two modern bikes (M-F) with helmets are available free of charge during the stay.

In a peaceful village of 200 inhabitants, between vineyards and Morvan, the small house offers an ideal location to visit Burgundy (28 km from Beaune, 28 km from Autun, 30 km from Chalon sur Saône, 1 hour from Dijon). Located 480 meters above sea level, the village of St Gervais sur Couches offers stunning views and is the starting point for multiple hikes or bike tours (possibility to store them in a safe place).

A swimming pool is being built the exteriors are not finished but you can swim July, August with views of the vines , access is through the garage door next to the apartment . At the crossroads of Santenay, Hautes-Côtes de Beaune and the Maranges Valley, this charming 17th century winemaker's home will comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 2 children over 12 years old. Located amid vineyards, you will appreciate its calm, authenticity, pool, gardens and magnificent view. The safety of our facilities does not allow us to accept children under the age of 12 on the property.

2 rooms - Living room & parental suite -Very quiet

I would have great pleasure to welcome you to my house, located in a large wooded garden which you can enjoy at your leisure. You will be only a few minutes from the renowned villages of the Burgundy vineyard, Chassage, Meursault, Pommard, Beaune and just as close to several greenways (canal du center, bicycle-route). You can also only take time and fully enjoy the heated swimming pool.
