The apartment is comfortable and very quiet; it has an exclusive roof garden of the same. Kitchen equipped with necessary utensils, blender, coffee maker, electric stove stove microwave and minibar. Bedroom with king size bed (2nd floor), double sofa bed on first floor, 2 full bathrooms, closet and safe. Cable TV, Free Wifi (Starlink) in the apartment. There is currently a construction on a nearby property and there may be noise during the day.

Beautiful apartment with large terrace, clean and very welcoming. The construction is new, as well as the furniture inside. the apartment is open concept, there is only one screen that separates the bedroom area with the living room, to give a little privacy. There is a sofa bed, double size, in the living room The apartment has large windows that provide excellent lighting and has a nice terrace, surrounded by plants.

The apartment is nice for 2 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a small dining table, a bedroom with a queen sized bed and storage place for your belongings, and a spacious bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge, pots, toaster, water boiler, coffee machine, cutlery, dishes all well as with stuff like coffee, tea, oil, salt and pepper. I will provide towels, sheets, a fan and some soap for you.

Our apartment has a large terrace with a splendid view all over Queretaro! It has 2 floors, the first one has 3 nice bedrooms and the second one has a large living room and an open kitchen with access to the terrace. All spaces are bright and modern. Queretaro's historic center or downtown is just around 10 mins by car! Really safe and calm zone. (Security guard at the entrance of the street)
