The Linda Atins dwelling is simply wonderful! It has a beautiful garden with many cajueiros, chickens and roosters strolling and singing in the yard, a real quiet! The suite is also very spacious,organized and clean, in addition to the kitchen shared with all the basic utensils for you to be able to cook! The Co-host Diane who takes care of Airbnb is extremely careful and generous with all guests, always showing a proactivity to resolve any difficulty or request from any guest! Airbnb's location is also great, on the side of Porto and super viable to walk to the beach! The only issue of improvement is the provision of the installation of an internet! I managed to lend the neighbor's internet to be able to work because in my trips I carry my tramp on line! And so the neighbor's internet saved me! We loved the house, super comfortable, gave our group of 10 people with a lot of tranquility. All clean, impeccable bedding and bath towels and excellent Bianca service. She was not on site, but left a responsible person to help us. When we arrived, there was a person doing a general cleaning, so we found everything clean. The house is great. Very cozy, it has the face of Atins. It is very well ventilated, so there is no air conditioning, even on hot days. It has a very cool outdoor area, with grills, in addition to a sensational shower. We love staying in the house. Unique but it was that we found a little noisy at night because it was on the main street, and quad bike noises start early. Outdoing this, all note 10.

The house is very cozy, well located with a large yard, wonderful, comfortable and relaxing. It has hammocks to rest and hear the sound of nature. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathrooms are super clean like the rest of the house. In the bedrooms there are mosquito nets with very comfortable beds. The Lika who welcomed us is very friendly and helpful. She helped us by giving local tips and answering all of our questions, always being available. The house is close to markets and some restaurants. The beach is close too, being possible to do everything on foot but everything is on the sand. If you want, you can hire a quadritaxi for an affordable price. We loved our stay at Casa Coqueiros in Atins and will definitely be back.

The place served us well in the 5 days we stayed, it has a garden with very good kiosk in the front, a super large patio, large balcony with two nets that is very good considering the heat it does there is very refreshing to stay on the balcony. There is a puppy that is in the courtyard but is super docile, without any risk. A Maria and the Chico that received us are always available and are very helpful for everything you need. Around the site there is a market and bakery, but for those who do not mind taking a short walk, it is about 700/800 meters from the centre where there are several restaurants and places to buy handicrafts. The street in the front can be a bit noisy as it is a very busy place, at least on the days we stayed was quite tumultuous. A point I think is important, there are many ants in the house, but there was insecticide in the closet. Overall, we found it a great cost-benefit, we would recommend the location to others.
