Maria is a great host, she always responded quickly, the tbm space was very organized and clean, the only point to complain is from the condominium gatehouse!!

My stay was very good! The place is very cool and the entrance instructions are clear and intuitive. I noticed a few details, such as a stained blanket and kitchen trash full of water bottles, but nothing that compromised the experience. I was already in the green container and, personally, I thought it best.

It was wonderful to be in the apto. Fernando, always considerate and friendly. I stayed ten days with my 8-year-old daughter, I thought she wouldn't like it, but on the contrary she loved it very much. Clean and well-smelling apto, we felt at home. Thanks Fernando for your attention and help when I needed it. God bless you !🙏🏼

New Building, close to the Brás station, we went to several walks with agility and convenience. A new apto furnished with everything that is needed, for a longer stay a washing machine would be interesting, since the building does not have. In the most the host is to be congratulated!

The best part of seu carlos place was the balcony! The apartment itself is a bit small but perfect for someone that’s a minimalist like me. Also best part is he offers cleaning service weekly at no extra charge. The apartment has great amenities like work area, cooking area, pool, gym etc. Seu Carlos is an excellent host and I would be happy to return!

Very functional apartment, with an excellent bathroom and high quality shower. The location is privileged, next to the Oscar Freire subway station. I recommend hosting — it was definitely worth every penny.

Very quiet street, I had to park on the street and I had no fears, a very residential neighborhood. About the AP, exactly the same as the photos, clean, decoration clean, perfect state. The communication by what's and the chat was fast and they removed my doubts without problems. Voltaria, no problem, no problem.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this place from beginning to end. There are many shops and restaurants in walking distance, as well as a convenience supermarket right downstairs. The apartment is efficiently and tastefully furnished with everything one may need for a short or longer stay. The check-in process was impeccable with Bluehaus, as well as at the building in person. We also made use of the valet service, which worked efficiently. All in all a 5 star stay.

The apartment was very well-located. The bed was comfortable. Giovanni was super-helpful and answered questions very quickly. When we got to the apartment, there was some work being done on the laundry room which made it unusable but Giovanni arranged an alternative very quickly that we were not charged for. A++
