Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Santo Antão

We stayed in this lovely house in the middle of the village for 8 people for 4 days. All rooms are very nice and with lots of charm. The sea view is beautiful. The locals are very welcoming, including Gabi and Veronica who managed our welcome on site. We ate at Veronica's restaurant every night, her cuisine is excellent and she took care to vary the meals (there is very little in the grocery stores to cook on site). We had a driver during our 4 days who was able to recommend nice hikes and booked us our lunchtime meals. We lacked soap and shower towels, but nothing too bad for us. If you want to be exotic and immersed in Cape Verde, Odile's is the place to go. We loved it!

Liliana is a very heartwarming host, quick to respond to your questions and helpfull in aiding your trip around Saõ Vicente. Couldn’t have wished for more. About the appartment. It is located right on the sea board. A beautiful and tranquil place to enjoy the ocean, read a book and at night you have an amazong view of the stars. There’s a garden with a lot of shade and place to relax. Right next door there’s a small turtle sanctuary and you can make a roundtrip by foot around the vulcano. So enough to do for everyone. Inside the appartment is very clean, tidy en cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Excellent stay in a large quality accommodation Amazing and pleasant villa, our whole family is delighted with this stay Just the slightly original decoration with far too many objects, deserves a slight refresh; a clean look would produce an even more wahou effect! We had a wonderful time in Carlos's dream house. Great views, plenty of space and plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Multiple seats around the house and a driveway behind the gate to place a car. Possibility to cook in the large kitchen, the shop next to the house even has sandwiches and fresh eggs. A number of kittens and cats sometimes walked through the garden(do not come in), they do like an extra bite to eat ;) Don't forget to bring something for the mostly poor population such as the inhabitants of the distant mountain villages, a small effort with a big effect! Among other things, we brought colored pencils, erasers and drawing stuff, they were so happy. Restaurant Casa Maracuja is highly recommended!

Great location if your plan is to discover the island through the walking/bike paths while being surrounded by nature! Renting a car is strongly recommended for ease of accessibility.

Fantastic stay in an authentic fishing village among the super nice locals! Don't expect white beaches but pure Cape Verdean friendliness. There are few tourists coming and that makes it so super fun! Fantastic sea view!

Bruno is responsive. He checks in during the stay to see if we need anything. He responds quickly when we contact him. The apartment is not far from the center of Mindelo and it is close to the police. There's also a medical center right next door.

Fantastic stay with amazing views The apartment was in perfect condition, very clean and well cared for. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom spacious and the spectacular views. Communication with Gabriele and his team was excellent. They were always attentive and everything I asked for was provided with taste and very good predisposition. As an improvement, it would be helpful to have a clothes rack and a washing machine. Also, the WiFi sometimes doesn't work well. The place is somewhat far from downtown, so it is necessary to move by taxi. Even so, the experience was very good and I would definitely come back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐½ (4.5/5)

Nice place very close to beach. Stenio was very helpful and helped us through some flight issues. Leo was a great tour guide through the city. Apartment is very well set up with different services you can easily access and in a great location

The accommodation is just super cute! Everything is clean, functional, the little gem is on the rooftop! Jailton is very welcoming, he picked me up at the port and even offered to spend Christmas with his family. Unfortunately I couldn't but I regret it!

Honoria is a lovely woman and a perfect hostess. She wants to help with everything and even left me some nice Catchupa when I told her I loved this typical Cape Verdean food. The apartment was bigger than I thought it was. Clean and quiet. Perfect location near Laginha Beach. I would definitely stay there on my next visit.

My husband and I had an amazing getaway and Maurits was the best host..his property is pristine and made us feel right at home!!! I believe he went above and beyond to make our stay seamless…we will definitely be back!

The Airbnb stay was absolutely amazing from the location being so close to the beach to having a well equipped gym inside the building along with a great restaurant. I would definitely come back to this location again I mean, I literally was scheduled for Zumba at the gym. It was super dope and I would definitely revisit this Airbnb location again. The walk to the beach is very short however, if you would like to take a taxi you can, but I walked after the first day towards the beach and beyond the beach area for food and everything.

nice, spacious and clean stay. you have no locked feeling due to the many light inside and the balconies available. Everything you need is available. you walk to the beach in no time. If you want to explore the area, you can get on the bus that stops in front of the door or grab a taxi. Plenty to do in the area: restaurants, playground, museum and the city center can be reached within 5 minutes by taxi. + clean + friendly and helpful + security available + lively environment + supermarket nearby - high stairs to get to the apartment building. (There is an elevator in the building itself. Would get a key to be able to take the elevator downstairs via garage due to the stroller. In the end, it was not necessary. - can be heard a lot of wind in the house on windy days. solved with a cloth for the grate so it could no longer be heard in the house - balcony doors couldn't be locked (no problem was 8 high)

The apartment is spacious with beautiful view. It is top floor with elevator. Everything was clean. Recommended
