The rustic decor with modern touches made everything even more cozy. The view is simply stunning, especially at dawn. The bed is super comfortable and the bathtub was a real refuge after a full day.

We love space and Dona Júlia. The place is very beautiful, calm, well signaled and perfect to rest the mind with family and pets. local is extremely easy to access and close to SP. House in a gated condominium and 24-hour gatehouse. the space is very well decorated and ideal for those looking for a quiet place! Bed, furnishings and decorations are very tasteful and cozy. The kitchen is very well equipped, with all kinds of cooking utensils or barbecue! José Luiz is very attentive, he is always available and made us very comfortable with everything! It was for sure a lodging that far surpassed the expextatives because the house is much better than the listing. We'll come back and recommend!

Philip responded very quickly. We were to celebrate my son's 1 year anniversary, we took pictures, everything was very vintage I loved the trees and the vibe, I totally recharged the energies. Good location, restaurant next door and also good security because there were braids in the cottage.

Private and very nice environment, the same in the photos, helpful and very attentive host, would come back for sure. Tip: a few more pots in the kitchen to store. A negative point: Some things have molded inside the kitchen cabinet because of the humidity.

We had the most lovely stay here for my birthday. The perfect place to unwind and relax in some nature close to Sao Paulo. Very easy to get to, Alejandro was extremely friendly and attentive and we felt very comfortable during our stay. We hope to visit again if we are ever in Brazil.

The house is exactly the same as the listing description, beautiful, clean and with all possible items to accompany your stay. The outer part contains a beautiful and well-kept backyard, as well as the dam in front with a safe and well-kept deck. We used the barbecue, stove, games, board and several other features that were available with the house. The host is extremely requested, polite and seeks to help as far as possible for the best possible stay, from small acts like leaving the towels wrapped on top of the bed with soaps in closed boxes, giving the feeling of a hotel reception, to tips from markets and where to find certain items.

I found it a wonderful experience in the hut, everything very clean and fragrant. The little corner is small but very cozy and private, we feel really in touch with nature. Great for a few days of peace. The host Marco is a cute guy, he always responded to us quickly. I found the location good because I needed a pharmacy and I found one that delivers there by Ifood. The bathroom could be closed rs But otherwise everything perfect 💓

Local notes 10 the caretaker very attentive polite and the wife also local super care and beautiful Unfortunately we had trouble sleeping next night has a neighbor who has large dogs that have been barking all night every day .And in the morning it was a dog barking and the owner screaming at the dogs was the only negative thing about the place that runs away, I know that the owner is not to blame or can do with this problem It was a shame not to have peace because of these dogs barking everything else was good !

Cute and comfortable cottage. We arrived and the chalet was impeccable, clean and organized. It was a very nice stay, the location close to some wineries also facilitated the tours.

The air-conditioning made the atmosphere deliciously fresh, ideal for relaxing after a day of sunshine. And what about the host? A love of person! Extremely attentive, welcoming and concerned with every detail to make the experience perfect. I felt cared for, at peace and wanting to return as soon as I left. I recommend it with my eyes closed — it's that kind of place that we don't forget. I will come back more often for sure!

easy communication and great response time, both Fabiane and Mr. Maranhão were always willing to help, the space is large, well-lit and very pleasant, I believe that the only detail is the pool that is a little smaller than appears in the photos and 1 of the double beds that was broken, but it was easy to adapt and accommodate, it's worth it!!

The location is perfect! It is a short distance from several sights and restaurants , has a brewery right next to the Hockenheim Craft Brewery & Steakhouse and the region is safe and quiet, The bed was soft and comfortable, the night to light a fire and have a wine , the breakfast that is served very top , for the price they offer and the quality and the location, very good ! The house is all good, wonderful, spacious and cozy environments, huge pool, has a green area, you are awakened by birdsong, with huge trees, delicious shade to throw a treadmill and take a nap or read a good book. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and safe, the concierge staff very efficient and polite. Gustavo is a gentleman, proactive and always willing to help with anything. Amamos and certainly in addition to returning, I recommend.
