I only have compliments: very comfortable, well-equipped and furnished accommodation, with all the necessary utensils; very well located (close to the subway, shopping malls, restaurants, etc.); very helpful and polite hotel/condominium staff; kind and helpful host; great value for money.

Excellent stay! All impeccable! Hygiene, cleaning, first-class space, easy access. Easy communication with the host . Condominium for the first time! Easy access to the beach and complete infrastructure!

Looks just like the pictures & very comfortable. The staff in the lobby were very friendly & helpful. It is a suite with a nice view & is located in the Matiz Manhattan hotel. The noise from the street can be heard very easily (traffic, construction, etc) so that should be a consideration for light sleepers. We would stay again.

Greatly located apartment with mall, market and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is quiet for walking and the apartment is clean and matches the images of the site. Rafaela was always helpful and quickly responded to messages.

The location is good. Communication with the host was quiet and he served us well when we needed it. The location is the same as the photos, except the room. I suggest to the host to update the room photo, informing that there is no more TV there. In my case the TV was missed and it was a differential.

The same location in the description, the building has parking, which makes life much easier. We stayed to go to the Carnival at Sambromo do Anhembi and the location was excellent.

Apartment has a great location, very quiet neighborhood. It's exactly as it's listed on the posting. Very clean, fragrant and organized. The hosts of the house are very attentive, helpful, and very fast communication. I highly recommend

Second time I stay in the apartment, and it's great, very close to Ibirapuera Park, with daily storage, restaurant on the ground floor.

Note ten for the host Mario, always very helpful and also for the accommodations, had everything we needed for our stay, super pleasant and in the right measure!

Great location - close to metro and Av. Paulista. Walkable and safe too. Amenities were as listed and apartment was spacious

The flat corresponds to the photos, there were several amenities, such as pillows and extra bedding, filter with ice water...all well cleaned and working well. Every day the room was clean and the concierge is 24h. After check out, it was possible to leave the bags there for a few hours. I have nothing to complain about, it was a great stay!
