Karin's house is comfortable and has everything you need for a good stay. Complete kitchen, comfortable beds and is in a beautiful and quiet condominium. This was our second accommodation in this house. Karin responds quickly and leaves the house clean enough to welcome guests. We really like to stay there.

The location is excellent, close to the beach and with nearby grocery and bakery, which makes everyday life much easier. The house is simply charming: beautiful, cozy, very well equipped and with high quality items. A true charm! Marcel was super attentive, always responded quickly and was very kind to us. A Val, a homemade, also received us with a lot of education and care. In addition, the morning checkin is a differential. It was a perfect weekend!

we went in 12 people and all loved the house, the house was impeccable and we were welcomed very well by Rosângela. Erondes a day earlier sent me several tips about the surroundings and that helped us a lot. Very attentive and we will definitely get back there.

The location of the house is really good, however, the beach is on the other side of the track, I managed to walk peacefully, but if you are going with an elderly person or person with mobility difficulties, go by car. The hostess was extremely polite, attentive and we did not wait a second waiting to arrive to give us the key. The pool space and barbecue are fantastic, very spacious and the kitchen very well equipped with utensils for a quick stay. Point of Attention: The last room has many mattresses, but the mattresses were wet, musty and with a very strong odor, in one of the rooms it had a dead cockroach already very dry, demonstrating that it was not swept a few days ago. I do not think I should take points from the stay for these reasons above, as I was in fact very well received, but these are points that the owners should note as they are charged a cleaning and service fee. It would not accommodate 13 people with the mattresses under these conditions, impossible to use.

We had a wonderful stay! The flexible check-in and check-out times were very convenient. The house was spotlessly clean and well organized, making our stay extremely comfortable. The host was exceptionally helpful, always indicating us the best beaches, restaurants, and markets nearby. Your kindness and attention to detail has truly provided us with an amazing experience. We highly recommend it!

We felt totally comfortable in Caique's apartment! It is cozy and well appointed. We were able to park our car right outside the door and had a safe feeling at all times. The location is also great: the supermarket "Extra" is within walking distance, which was very convenient. A special highlight was the roof veranda – we were allowed to celebrate our daughter Emma's birthday there with a small barbecue, which was just perfect! We are very satisfied and will definitely stay again during our next stay in São Paulo. Caique was very accessible at all times and answered all our questions quickly and kindly. He even gave us great tips for the birthday party – for example where we could celebrate and where to get good meat for barbecuing. Thanks a lot Caique!

Centrally located, this apartment offers easy access to most of São Paulo’s top attractions, restaurants, and cultural hotspots—making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The apartment itself is thoughtfully designed, stylish, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. One of the standout features was the rooftop terrace. Gilad was a great host—offering helpful local recommendations and checking in to make sure everything was perfect. I would absolutely return here on my next visit to São Paulo. Highly recommended!

Each little corner thought with very good taste and creativity, making the accommodation go beyond just resting. Sonia's place is perfect as it is in the photos. Very well equipped with kitchen items, hygiene and great hairdryer. Extremely clean and smelling bedding. The place is really very beautiful and has a great view. We had some difficulties in accessing the garage, but not because of Sonia. I believe it is due to the safety measures that the city requires and because of the integration of the gatehouse with the security guards.

We love our stay in this flat! Everything was impeccable: very clean, organized, with a super comfortable space that exceeded our expectations. Clean bedding, all very well sanitized and decorated in very good taste. In the apartment it has a dryer and washing machine, which helped us a lot because it is not necessary to take many pieces (only the ones on the beach). The apartment is at a point close to a mini mall and well-known supermarkets. The price of the products does not change much in relation to my city, so we went with few things. We bought everything there. The location is excellent, with the beach nearby and easy access, which made our days even more enjoyable. The attendance at the concierge — from the moment we arrived, all the staff were extremely polite and attentive. Always friendly, both on the exits and on the beach returns. We definitely want to come back more often! Thank you for providing a more than enjoyable experience.

I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo was always attentive and proactive, and even managed to get an extra parking space for the weekend, as a courtesy. Flexible check-in and check-out, I definitely recommend it. Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. Sandra's apartment is amazing and would recommend with her eyes closed. It is complete and close to everything we lack nothing, extremely cozy. I intend to come back more often, the view from the balcony is beautiful. All electros and utensils work perfectly. The check in and the super easy check out we did not have any problems to access the condominium. Sandra is very kind and helped us with all the doubts, in the feelings at home. Thank you.

When we arrived the apartment was not clean, as the host had a problem with the cleaning lady, but took the blame and called another cleaning lady to clean the apartment. Arthur was cordial and resolved the disorder. Apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, the beds we use were good and the photos and description match the reality. Very good location for those who want to enjoy the beach and the condominium tbm has a very nice structure. We'll be back! I recommend it!
