You can see and hear the river from the house. The farm has several natural sources of fresh water. It also has Starlink internet.

The house is very safe and at the same time is surrounded by nature, it has a large lot. No parties and loud music! We love animals so all pets are welcome. Our jacuzzi is NOT working!
