Luiz was always very kind and helpful, the apartment is well located and similar to the photos, except for the lack of the photo refrigerator. For short stays for a short time is perfect, but larger stays in the fridge and a more equipped kitchen may be missed. Otherwise perfect, ample space, with daylight, views of the mountain, and everything I need nearby (bakery, market, restaurants, gym...).

Beautiful apartment, better than in the photos, we were only one night, but the Apartment is great as described. Diogo is always in communication, responds fast.

Great apto, complete. Good location, close to everything, complete structure. We had a setback with a shower but the next day it was resolved.

My stay was spotless! The host was extremely attentive and careful in every detail, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. The space was impeccably clean, very well organized and exactly as in the pictures. Also, I was kind enough to be able to stay a few more hours at checkout, which made all the difference to me. I had an amazing experience during my stay! The host was extremely welcoming and considerate, always available to help with whatever it took. The space was clean, comfortable and very well equipped, providing a perfect environment, we just missed an electric oven or gas. The location is also excellent, close to sights, malls, shops and easy access to transportation. I highly recommend this accommodation.

The cozy atmosphere , all new . Everything we needed for small meals was there and practicality . Although it has not used it, the washing machine helps a lot for those who go with a child/ baby and need it for an emergency . The loft and the entire structure are impeccable .

It was our 1st Airbnb Experience. My partner and I love it. All the description and images are consistent with what we found. All access is by password and digital. This gives extra security. Tamara informs, before check-in, what we need to know, in order to have a good stay or stay. The location is central and on foot you reach several typical and famous cafes and restaurants. 2 min drive is Alles Park. The building is brand new, the hygienic, functional and comfortable apartment. Super we recommend!
