Perfect, I was very pleased with the stay. The owner is very nice, and everything was explained very clearly. I highly recommend it.

The apartment, on the fourth floor of a secured, upmarket condominium, was very spacious and light, featuring three balconies and large windows with a fantastic view onto the hills of Praia, the parliament building, the direct neighborhood, as well as the sea. The property was located approximately 100 meters off the coast, as the crow flies, a little out of town, but yet within 20 minutes' walking distance of the main shopping street of Palmarejo. We had an own lot in the basement garage for our car. The apartment was very tidy and clean upon our arrival; the kitchen well equipped; the beds comfortable. We communicated with our host exclusively in writing, at some point being asked to top up the electricity meter inside the flat. The pool on the roof-top could do with a slightly higher wind deflector. On the day of our departure, the cleaning lady was already waiting in front of the door. Overall, we did enjoy our stay very much and recommend this place without reservation!

Absolutely adored this place! My parents and I enjoyed the quiet apartment, the security was always very friendly, the whole building felt super safe. The pool was extremely pleasant and easy access. The apartment itself is a lot bigger than we thought so that was a pleasant surprise. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. Would love to come back! 🥰

Nana is an exceptionally accommodating and warm host! She personally welcomed us and provided us directly with some valuable tips for the area. The apartment is very well equipped, flooded with light and lovingly furnished. Nana was always available for us and even helped us book a rental car. I felt very comfortable in Maria De Fátima's house, everything was clean and corresponded to the photos. The shower has neat water pressure, the bed is comfortable and with mosquito net. I was staying in a bedroom with terrace and alone in a large house with access to the bathroom and kitchen! The house is located in a quiet area! The main street is a 2-min walk away or you will find quite a few restaurants, mercado (supermarket)! It is not even 10 minutes from the main square with also other choices of restaurants or children's activities! 10 min driving to the Kebra beach where there is a shopping mall! top airbnb. you can hear the waves at night from all sides, very relaxing. its important to have a rental car, because its far outside of praia (30min).

The location and view are perfect, thoughtful people, breakfast served facing the pool and ocean. Even though accessibility to the listing is a little difficult, the instructions are clear and the place is worth discovering!

The communication with the host went perfectly, he even accommodated with some changes we needed to do. Location is quite nice if you wanna stay in a more silence residential area but still quite close to the city by taxi. Apartment was nicely clean and very comfortable with everything needed. Fully recommended!
