Vacation rentals with a home theatre in São Francisco de Paula

Wonderful house! We felt at home. Mateus and Tainá were great hosts and were at your disposal. They quickly answered our questions, making us even more peaceful and safe to take advantage of the spaces. We intend to return more often.

We had a great stay at Mariana's home! She was very solicitous from the beginning, sharing all the information in advance to ensure our comfort. The place is amazing, with a bonfire, projector, turntables, books and many kitchen utensils at your disposal. We were greeted with a delicious mimo — croissants with folders and jam — that showed the host's full care. We highly recommend the experience and would certainly be back!

Very well-equipped, clean apartment with a great location and an amazing view. Communication with Marcos was very quiet and agile. And the super simple check-in process, well automated.

Just all wonderful, much more beautiful place than the photos and the super-loved hosts. We are sure to return, enchanted with everything and the location is very quiet.

Amazing experience! I and my boyfriend loved the time we were on Koya! Breathtaking landscapes, the house and the surrounding spaces very well planned and decorated, it's all very beautiful and comfortable! The only negative point is that the water from the taps ends very quickly and it takes a little bit to get back, but we were already informed about this possibility. Communication with the host note 10, very dear and accessible. Everything was great and extrapolated our expectations!

Everything very clean and organized in the apartment. Paula always available. Check in and check out in an automated and extremely practical scheme. I recommend it.
