It was a very good experience! Gabriel has been attentive since booking, responding quickly and ensuring a flexible check-in. The building is new, with elevators, with great structure, including swimming pool, gourmet area and laundry. I have stayed at other times in the building in other Airbnbs and have always had good experiences. The apartment is cozy, clean and well equipped, with electronic lock that makes it easy to access. I just missed a place to dry swimwear and a box in the bathroom, but I believe that Gabriel being an attentive host might consider this in the future. At times I noticed some external noises but nothing that hindered the stay, and Gabriel made himself available! Full kitchen, including iron, hairdryer and even a tasteful wine! There is no air-conditioning, but the Netflix Smart TV is a differentiator. Perhaps a more stable Wi-Fi made the experience even better. Overall, it was a great stay and I recommend!

The apartment is very clean and tidy, new furniture. Perfect for two people. Julia was always very polite. The apto is about 30 min walk from the historic center, a very quiet walk. A question that helped a lot was the proximity to the bus station. I recommend your stay!

The apartment is wonderful, super cozy, complete, a home atmosphere! Location is great, easy access to Tiradentes which was our main destination. Finally, we love to meet the host Isaac, with his positive energy, sympathy and a lot of kindness serving us with great affection. To close with gold key, it showed us a real treasure that we never imagined to find this weekend and worth a lot for everything, it was a fantastic experience! Thank you Isaac😄!

Great stay. Located at the entrance of Tiradentes in a quiet and beautiful condominium about 3 km from the historic center, it was perfect for our carnival, as we enjoyed the party and had the necessary rest. We went in 3 adults, but 4 people would have the same comfort. All beautiful and clean, decoration, comfortable beds, bathrooms and impeccable kitchen. Ninha very accessible, Márcia who received us very polite and helpful, our entry and exit flowed as agreed. I recommend, as I will certainly stay again.

Great apartment and great hosts. Carlos and his wife were very helpful and helped us with everything we need. We loved the pampering and the atmosphere was very clean, smellsy and well tidy, all very cozy. In addition to that, it still had iron and a hairdryer, all perfect! In our search we searched for a location that was close to the center so that we did not have to use the car. Great location, easy to park, close to everything, and we chose to do everything on foot. The bedroom and bathroom are large, with minibar, hangers (help too much!). Quality bed, mattress and bedding and bath linens. Very quiet and clean environment. We realize the care and the caprice of the hostess, who also helped us with event and restaurant tips. I recommend and will return!

Rômulo's house is exactly like in the pictures. Matches the description of the ad and was clean and organized. I dare say it's even better in person. The linen and towels were spotless. The location is great. It is close to the center (by car about 5 minutes), but at the same time on a quiet and quiet street. In front has two restaurants and at the end of the street there is a market for any emergency. Rômulo is an excellent host and was always available for questions. Gintly made available in the house a bottle of water in the refrigerator, Detergent, Sponge, soap, coffee and a few more basic items so we don't have to go to the market with such urgency. In addition, he made sure to give us wonderful tips about the city and tours. Sanou doubts and served us with great promptness and kindness even when we requested another pillow. Without a doubt we will indicate Rômulo's stay and return to Tiradentes, we will stay there again.
