Wonderful stay, super cozy, we see care in every detail. Undoubtedly the hostess is the highlight, Cacá is more than attentive, she always responded quickly and with affection. She's always willing to help. I want to come back more often and stay in this apartment again, how good it feels to be at home.

The property is close to the main points of the city. The host always responded quickly and kindly. Second time staying at Sammuel's property and I intend to return, because I found the fair price for the amenities he offers. ☺️

Great apartment and great hosts. Carlos and his wife were very helpful and helped us with everything we need. We loved the pampering and the atmosphere was very clean, smellsy and well tidy, all very cozy. In addition to that, it still had iron and a hairdryer, all perfect! They gave us very clear and complete instructions, it was great to host us with them! Soon we'll be back!

Gustavo's accommodation is well located, close to the main avenue. Extremely clean and with all the essentials for a quiet stay, the accommodation is quite cozy. Communication with the host was quick, kind and left no doubt. I highly recommend it!

The space is exactly as in the photos, all very organized, comfortable and with a privileged location. Also, Débora is a great host, very kind and attentive. Valeu a lot, it's an amazing find!

It was the best stay of the Arir bnb that I have ever stayed. Clean, well-kept place, with clean bedding, the place does not smell of mold, has all the utensils available, from iron and ironing to the coffee maker. I Recommend 1000%!!! The only suggestion is to put curtain on the doors and windows of the room, to improve when watching the TV, but this is only suggestion of improvement, as overall I have never been in a place as complete, as well prepared, clean as this one.

The house is a cute, very well structured with everything you need to spend time for, from kitchen utensils to iron! Everything clean and working well. I liked the privacy of the place and the tranquility, it is close to the center but far from the hustle and flow of tourists, perfect!! Communication with the tbm host was great, with quick responses and attention to solve any problems.

Rômulo's house is exactly as shown in the photos. It matches the listing description and was clean and organized. I dare say it's even better in person. The linens and towels were impeccable. The location is great. It is close to the center (about 5 minutes by car), but at the same time on a quiet and peaceful street. In front, there are two restaurants and at the end of the street there is a market for any emergency. Rômulo is an excellent host and was always available to answer questions. He kindly made available in the house a bottle of water in the refrigerator, Detergent, Sponge, soaps, coffee and a few more basic items so we didn't have to go to the market so urgently. In addition, he made sure to give us wonderful tips about the city and tours. He answered questions and assisted us very promptly and kindly, even when we requested one more pillow. Without a doubt, we will recommend Rômulo's stay and, returning to Tiradentes, we will stay there again.

Was the second time we hosted in the Romulo space and once again exceeded our expectations. We were greeted by Natália, a kindness of person, who welcomed us with great affection. Romulo guided us about everything we could do to the surroundings. The place is very organized and clean. The decoration is very nice and met all of our needs. The deck overlooking the sunset and the city of Tiradentes is surreal of so beautiful. Behind the house is the path of the Royal Road with a wonderful forest. I hope to return soon.
