Therefore, if the intention is to use loud sound, noisy engine vehicles or promote noisy events, it is essential to reconsider, as the police are activated immediately, resulting in the signing of a waiver. Despite this inconvenience, the stay was pleasant, with the sound restriction being the only negative point. In short, the property is ideal for guests seeking tranquility and silence, allowing only ambient music at low volume.

I'm in love with this place... I always go to Tiradentes and from now on I'll only stay there with you... Tiradentes is wonderful, but staying there doesn't even make you want to go into town haha. Claudia was super kind and helpful, the cottage is amazing ... Thanks for the experience

Excellent place to rest, very beautiful home and perfectly furnished. Very good beds and pillows and very nice showers. All environments very well cared for. The kitchen is well equipped, with new and quality utensils and equipment. The outside area is very beautiful,orchard with many fruit trees and full of birds, it was very nice in the morning to observe them. The barbecue and pool provided very pleasant afternoons! Although it seems a little distant, the house is very well located, just a few minutes from the trade and the wide of the forras, we did everything we walked. In the street in the back has a police station that further increases the security of the site. I highly recommend!

Hi Hugo, the place has a delicious atmosphere! The house is comfortable, functional and charming. We love the orchard and singing of the most diverse birds that visit the place. It made me want to spend a long season there. O Marcelino and Angela are great homemade, easy access and communication. town hall left everything impeccable! I regret the implication in relation to the sound on the part of the neighbor, bringing a certain tension to enjoy the barbecue and the pool. But the place is wide and with so many other cozy environments to chat and play a guitar, without disturbing anyone. I recommend for those who like to be between São João del Rei and Tiradentes, close to the craft and furniture stores that the city of Santa Cruz offers. In addition, the ground zero of the Royal Road has the Bom dispacho waterfall and is very close by. Anyway, I hope to return at another opportunity. Thanks for your hospitality.

The space corresponds to the description. It is a nearby dam and raisin farm. Waleria and Gustavo are great, super affordable and helpful. We were taught the paths, provided a boat for tour, and presented with an excellent craft beer. The house is a very beautiful and well-kept old farmhouse (but with wi fi available that worked super well every day), with wood stove and large kitchen. For those who like a rural environment is a great option, we spent great times at Fazenda Correia.

Excellent the house of the Eudes in P***y! The house is beautiful, of extreme good taste, very pleasant, clean, organized and quiet. I loved the stay and I felt very much at home... the biggest problem is having to leave, because I loved the place; I always want to come back!!! The house is very close to the center, where there are restaurants and some workshops; Eudes has provided detailed information on all the sites of Bichinhos, including a map with distance and description of restaurants, workshops and market, so it was very easy to make the schedule of the day! I used the car only to go to the most distant studios, but restaurants, everything on foot, including at night, because the place is very quiet and safe! The internet works really fine and I made video conference without problems. Anyway, I've barely come back and I miss you already. I recommend the house of the Eudes in Bichinho and I have nothing negative to point out. Thank you Eudes!

Hosting was just awesome! The house is excellent, extremely comfortable and airy, providing a warm and relaxing atmosphere for the whole family. Everything was impeccably clean and organized, with all amenities necessary to ensure a perfect stay. The location is another high point as it is close to the historical center, which made it much easier to explore the region. The backyard of the house is a true paradise, full of flowers and shrubs that make the atmosphere even more charming. The beds are super soft, and the bed and bath linens were clean and with a delicious smell, which made all the difference to a quiet night's sleep. The service of the host and his wife went beyond expectation. They welcomed us personally and treated us with such affection that we felt like family members. Their hospitality is to be praised, and it was certainly one of the points that marked us the most. Without a doubt, I will be staying in this marvelous place again.

Paulo was a real sweetheart! Extremely attentive and kind, always concerned if we were okay and if we needed anything. The house has a charming simplicity and, at the same time, a unique charm. It is very well decorated, clean and super easy to access the Historic Center. We felt completely at home! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, dear!

The Cláudio House is a delight for those who like tranquility, simplicity and comfort. A perfect space to rest and enjoy nature. O Cláudio and Joana, were super gifts and helpful. I will definitely refer and go back.

Our stay with Paulo was very enjoyable. The place has a wonderful view, facing the mountains. The chalet is very cozy, although in the midst of nature, it is close to Bichinho. The breakfast provided by Paulo is very tasty! I recommend hosting!

My stay at Deborah's place was perfect. The house besides being beautiful is exactly as in the photo and description, and with all the items needed for a stay. Deborah always very kind and attentive with us at all times. I recommend, it's worth a lot to stay there.

We loved our stay at Vila Bela. The house is in a great neighborhood in Tiradentes, quiet and beautiful, yet walking distance to everything. It is tastefully decorated, kitchen has all you need and we cooked and dined at home several times. The garden space with the pool and common area is very relaxing and welcoming. Angelica, the housekeeper, was always available and helpful. We felt quite at home and the house made our New Year’s Eve stay in Tiradentes even more special. Thank you!

The site of the host Hugo is large, quiet and well equipped. The house has appliances and various utensils. We were only four people, but all rooms and beds were arranged with sheets and towels, ready to welcome the maximum number of guests from the listing. On sunny days, the pool is wonderful, as is the barbecue area and the freezer, which provided us a lot of leisure. We were very well received by the homemade Marcelino, who gave us all the necessary support for a pleasant Carnival holiday. The site is located near Estrada Real, and the route to Tiradentes takes approximately 15 minutes. We were by car and we went every day to enjoy the quiet Carnival of the historic city. For those who seek peace and leisure, Hugo's accommodation offers this very well, especially for the various birds of the place, which make the environment even lighter.

The house is wonderful and cozy and I think one of the affects that indicate this was the feeling of well-being, the affectionate one that reminds us of even childhood! The house is very well located. We did everything on foot. In addition, the house is well equipped and the bedding was very smelling. The outdoor area is great with a very nice swimming pool. The host Bernadete responded to our requests quickly. We recommend for sure!
