The house offers space and comfort, a quiet and well-located place. There are two floors, the upper one has a suite, with a double bed and two single beds, a full bathroom with a bathtub, a work desk and a balcony. Downstairs, a single combined environment with bedroom (double bed), kitchen (barbecue), living room (sofa bed), with smart TV, and bathroom. In the back, there is a large patio and a service area (washing machine). In the front courtyard (closed) covered box for two cars.
