Our stay at Giovanna's beach house in Prumirim was simply fantastic! The location is unbeatable, close to the beach, which made our days much easier. But the high point was undoubtedly to fall asleep with the relaxing sound of the waves of the sea - a unique experience! Our dogs also took advantage of every moment, feeling at home and with plenty of room to play. Giovanna was an excellent host. Super recommend and can't wait to go back!

The hostess was very attentive and kind , we got a very intense traffic which greatly delayed our arrival time and she gave us every possible support! The house is exactly like in the pictures , cozy and clean . The beach in front of the condominium is very beautiful and clean water but with strong waves , needs caution . It has a nearby restaurant and tb winery in general it is well located with nearby commerce (just outside the condominium) we finally like it a lot and despite the surreal traffic we get. We want to go back! Thanks to Lu for the hospitality

The cottage, exactly as in the photos, excellent for up to two people, is easily accessible and close (by car; we did practically nothing on foot) to the market, bakery, greengrocer. In fact, I recommend that the person go by car, especially if it is a woman, or keep an eye on the time to return home, because the Uber service may not be available. For those who are willing, it should be nice to explore the city, which is not big, on foot. By car, everything was quick. We managed to go from one side of Cunha to the other and find good restaurants without difficulty. I recommend André's cottage and would definitely stay there again, alone or accompanied.

I was delighted, from the moment of booking until the last day always answering questions, giving suggestions and was very flexible at check out, very quiet condominium, with extremely polite and requested employees. Close to market and hospital, very close beaches, easy to reach, a very cozy and welcoming place, we spent 05 incredible days

Junio's apartment, faithful to the ad, is very new and preserved, clean and with everything we needed. It has all the kitchen utensils, from new pots, glass sleepers, silverware, glasses, bowls among others. Everything working, we did not have a problem with anything, good location, you can walk if you like to walk a little to the waterfront, very close to the aquarium and restaurants. Junio always attentive to messages and responded on readiness. Definitely deserves 5 stars and I'll be back for sure.

I had another impeccable stay in this cozy apartment in Praia da Lagoinha. The location is excellent, close to the sea and local shops, and the environment was impeccably clean and well organized. The bed is comfortable, full kitchen, everything is perfect. The host was attentive and helpful, ensuring a smooth experience. I highly recommend it and can't wait to go back!

The place is super cozy. Thais gave us all the guidelines, and when a doubt arose, it was always at your disposal. The apartment is super organized, everything clean and by the sea. The condominium space is beautiful, has a swimming pool, BBQ area, legal mto game room, super quiet beach as well. There are several kiosks nearby. I'm definitely going back !

We passed fds,it was super quiet. I only have compliments to make,Neiva and her husband super polite and communicative. Both on arrival and on departure. I was already waiting, escorted us to the room. We even got a ride to the place we were going to. Clean bedroom and bathroom. We made it on foot to the beach in about 20 minutes. Peaceful stay smoothly.

We had days of great peace and quiet in Casinha Vermelha! It was our second time in the little house, which is even more comfortable and cozy. When you arrive you already find several treats left by the host, making the stay perfect! Mimos even for our little dog! The breakfast basket made by Aninha, with local produce, is a delight, very plentiful. Sail worth ordering! We realize that everything is done with great affection and care! And Virginia's guidelines are perfect! We miss it already!

Sitio is a beautiful place, a wonderful view! For those looking for quiet and nature is the perfect spot. A little hard to get here, but that's what we were looking for. The house is super well-equipped, comfortable and with quality sheets and towels. We had unforgettable family days! Raoni and the homemaker Mateus were always willing to help.

Paraíso em Cunha lives up to its name, but what surprised us most was the welcome from Virginia, Wagner, Manezão and Aninha, owners and caretakers respectively. From the first contact, we already felt the good energy of Virginia: friendliness, joy, availability and goodwill to satisfy us and make us feel as comfortable as possible. The photos match reality, but in person it's a thousand times cooler! Very well-equipped house and leaves nothing to be desired. Not to mention the furniture, objects, dinnerware, glasses, cups, bath and bedding sets, etc., all of extremely good taste. Breakfast, prepared by Aninha, is very worthwhile: Fresh milk taken from the cow, free-range eggs with a very yellow yolk, cheese bread that I have never eaten better… Everything is delicious! Manezão and Aninha are wonderful human beings with GIANT hearts. Great to “chat” and very dear too. What an amazing experience we had there! Thank you, Virginia, Wagner, Aninha and Manezão, great hosts!

A beautiful find in the midst of nature! Victor was super helpful cia chat and his father, Mr. Luiz, with whom we had contact on site, was friendly and helped us whenever we needed it. Easy to reach location, nice condo, well wooded and safe, with access to a beautiful lake and walking track. Casa clean and comfortable, which accommodated well 2 couples and our dog, serving as a refuge and a place of memories for the turn of the year. I recommend it!

The house is wonderful, wide, airy and clean. The super organized kitchen, complete. nothing missed us. The pool was very clean and organized. Tânia is very attentive, answers all questions quickly. I was with my family and it was wonderful every moment that we live in the house for sure will be moments that will remain in the memory.

The stay was simply charming! The site is a true sanctuary high in the mountains of Paraty — surrounded by nature and the beautiful sound of bird singing. We feel welcome from the first instant. All well cared for, thought out with affection. We left with a light heart and already missed. The feeling is of extreme gratitude!

The house is wonderful! Exactly as in the pictures, super clean, organized and equipped. It has everything you need, from medicine to an electric oven. As the land is huge, the houses (there are two) are distant from each other and privacy is guaranteed. The first house is right at the entrance of the gate while the Enseada House is further down, close to the dam. Camilla was an angel, always asked us if we were okay, sent messages and unfortunately we couldn't get to know each other in person, but it was a love of a person. The dam is delicious, both for a swim and for kayaking, our dogs loved it! Catching the ferry is quiet and even arriving at night, it was easy to find the house by the instructions given by Camilla. The hostess took the care and care to leave the lights on for us and it was reassuring after we picked up 7 hours of traffic. Thank you so much for the hospitality, Mrs. Camilla, we will definitely be back! ❤️
