Lake House at Fazenda Catuçaba

Originally built in 1840, the Lake House is located inside of Fazenda Catuçaba, an old 700 hectare coffee farm in a corner of Brazil frozen in time with mind-blowing charm and vibes, surrounded by protected forest, 30 minutes away from the charming historic town of São Luiz do Paraitinga. It was recently renovated, beautifully decorated, and it faces an incredible 4-hectare lake, the perfect spot for relaxing, connecting to nature, watching the stars by the campfire and taking a dip.

The chalet has an integrated environment, with a bedroom, living room and kitchen in a single open space, ideal for moments of closeness. Incredible ranch with a swimming pool, a large leisure area, accommodates up to 23 people in beds (see prices for number of guests over 16), with extreme tranquility (evaluate conditions separately). We offer a full trunk, cable TV and Wi-Fi. There are three distinct buildings: main house with 3 bedrooms, second building with 2 suites, and a third building with 4 other suites and an additional kitchen in this building. Huge BBQ area with pizza oven and table for 20 people.
