Je propose 2 chambres d'hôtes très confortables à 2km du centre de Luzy, situé au sud du parc du Morvan, oasis de verdure et de tranquillité offrant un réseau dense de chemins de randonnées. A proximité, le Mont Beuvray avec son musée archéologique, le Haut Folin point culminant du Morvan, piscine municipale, base nautique, les thermes de saint honoré les bains...Idéal pour un séjour en couple ou en famille. Kitchenette à disposition. Jardin agréable, calme et reposant avec table et barbecue.

Rénovation tout juste terminée, les équipements sont donc flambant neufs : TV, électroménager, WIFI et un piano de cuisson pour les amateurs! Nous sommes au pied des vignobles proches de Viré, Clessé, Lugny et du berceau Chardonnay, sur lesquels je pourrai volontiers vous faire partager ma passion. Accès très facile par la D906, sortie autoroute à 15 mn, parking devant la maison.

The apartment is composed of an equipped kitchen, a spacious 27m2 living/dining room with a sofa bed (sleeping 140x190). One bedroom with a large dressing room with a 160x200 bed. And finally a bathroom with shower. You will be close to the city center, 2 steps from the train station, hospital 100m away and all shops nearby. The studio is located on the ground floor of our house. The entrance is independent and is through its private terrace. There is a garden to cross to get to the studio. There is no place to park in the courtyard with a car (parking is 50 m away). If you wish, you will have access to the jacuzzi which is in a room next door with limited access (time slot to be agreed) folding crib for children (under 2 years old)
