In just 4–5 minutes by bike, you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches in Italy, supermarkets, the Chia Laguna Hotel, and a variety of excellent restaurants. I know the area like the back of my hand and will be happy to help you discover it like a local.

The apartment (inside the Residence), unique for its size and position overlooking the sea, is ideal for relaxing. Here you can choose to enjoy the private beach (with umbrella and sunbeds), visit the most beautiful beaches of southwestern Sardinia or discover our scenic and archaeological beauties. You will find a bedroom with a sea view, a comfortable sofa bed for two more people, a small terrace where you can use the electric barbecue, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
